“Nice hotel if you are there for a quick stay. I didn't like that the doors were outside, but loved that it was literally minutes from the airport.”

“Was really disappointed with misleading of pool location, the man at front desk said their guest could us pool inside down the street at another location some health place.”

“The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast was great and the female employee working that area was very courteous and friendly. The room was Spartan, but comfortable - loved the pillows. The bathroom however, the shower/tub in specific was filthy. I really wanted to shower - but could not force myself to do it. The morning staff was not as knowledgeable. I asked about surrounding events - and they couldn't share anything. Hmm.”

“I was unhappy to learn that I had to pay an additional $5.00 per day for parking. I was informed that the price of my hotel included parking fees. I also called the hotel myself to be certain and was assured the price of the room included extended parking and transportation to the airport. If I would have known I would have chosen a cheaper hotel and paid my own parking and would have saved money by doing so.”

“The room was unreasonably priced for what you get. I have stayed in budget hotels that were just as nice if not better. The sink was clogged and the bathroom light would not work unless you jiggled the switch. The air conditioner/heater would only stop running if you turned the knob on "high heat". The TV worked though, which distracted me from the fact that the ice machine downstairs only allowed me to get three or four tiny pieces of ice which was hardly enough to cool down a Dixie cup full of cool-aid let alone a bucket full of (insert your favorite beverage here). All in all I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The staff went above and beyond to make you feel like you were the only person staying in the hotel - which as you know on a Michigan football weekend can be quite difficult. KUDOS TO THE STAFF.”

“Mostly nice hotel - friendly staff, accommodating and on airport location - yet reminds me of motel as each room has door to exterior of inn. Nice continental breakfast and easy check-in (actually drive thru.)”

“Baymont must be going through a management change. It was the worst experience in years as a frequent traveler. I arrived very late and the room was not clean, no pillows, etc. The beds were crinkled, and looked used. ”

“Great location. Never experienced a drive through check-in but was a benefit was a negative. The room was comfortable and met our needs for a short term stay. The outdoor entry doors made my son, age 12, not feel safe. Great value.”

“This hotel did not appear to be a safe place to stay. I've seen Red Roof Inn's or Super 8's or Motel 6's look nicer. I was told that I might be able to pick up a wireless signal from the McDonalds across the street. This hotel is predominately used to park your car at as you fly. People pay to stay at the hotel and they really don't spend the night at the hotel they just use the parking lot to park their car in because it's cheaper than the airport parking lot. 1/2 the rooms I was told are under renovation, high speed internet is coming, but currently not available. The workout facility - you can take a shuttle there - but it is not open 24 hrs a day. Lobby looks nice - but that's the only thing.”

“This wasn't the best hotel I've received, it was different. The location was really unexpected, right in the middle of the airport and the hotel was old and under renovations. I'd reccomend this hotel for a "quick stay", no more then 2 days. For the price we paid it definitely wasn't horrible and I'm not complaining...unexpected is the word. I give this hotel 1 star.”
