“Great location, clean, quiet, & next to interstate. Check-in clerk was very friendly & check-out clerk also.”

“The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room had a very distinct, unpleasant odor. We were so exhausted that we decided not to request another room, so I am not certain how the hotel would have handled the complaint. We were also supposed to have a room with a coffee maker, etc., and I was very disappointed to wake up in the morning with no way to make coffee. You even get coffee makers in the cheap, one-star motel rooms!”

“Staff was cordial, rooms were decent (definitely 2 star). There was a free breakfast that consisted of waffles, cold cereal and microwaveable sausage biscuits (occasionally). I called to request a room with a microwave and refrigerator and was told that the hotel rooms were completely booked and could not be accommodated, only to arrive and see over 90% of the parking lot empty! Perhaps their were phantom guests there that I was unaware of.”

“Found hotel, no problem at 930 pm. Check-in was helpful in finding a non-smoking room with a king. Went to the room and it smelled as if smoker had just left. Told attendant and she gave us another room. This one smelled oddly of animal and cleaning solvent but wasn't unbearable. Being late, and with young child, we went to sleep. Upon checkout we mentioned smell at front desk with virtually no reply. Cleaning crew then told us that it had been rented for 6 months by woman with Pomeranian dogs and that they've tried everything to get the smell out. Though comfortable, I was disappointed that they'd rent this room knowing it had issues.”
