• Very nice pool area. Very clean hotel.
• No shuttle to Port Columbus Int'l.

“I enjoyed my stay, except for the fact that there was no shuttle to the Port Columbus Air Port. We didn't find this out until we checked in. Also, there really isn't much around the hotel. It was very quiet and very clean. We arrived right at check-in time and had to wait ten minutes for a room because they weren't ready.”

• Ice machine on first floor did not work/out of ice?

“Hotel a little out of the way, but overall well worth the money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent.”

• Could not order movies in my room, because the box was broken.

“This hotel has many reason to be at the top of anyone's list. It is a great hotel and good all around place to do business or just relax.”

• The hotel was very clean and newly redecorated, plus the staff was very courteous.
• The hotel is located in a somewhat remote spot.

“Clean hotel, good staff, hotel not was noisy - what more could you want? Location was somewhat remote but it only took us 20 min to get to our destination as Columbus is not that large. No wireless internet as it's located next to a military base, but there was sill internet connectivity with an Ethernet cable. Pool was somewhat small but we didn't have time to use it so it didn't matter. Great hotel!”

• Decent pool.
• Rooms were way too small. I've stayed in better far cheaper.

“This hotel seems to make its money ripping off incoming military personnel and their families who need a place to say with overpriced undersized rooms. I would never ever stay there again.”

• Clean, comfortable, nice rooms.
• Very inconvenient location.

“This hotel is not at all convenient to anything except the number two airport in Columbus. However, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I wish it were closer, but for the price I would probably stay here again.”

• It felt clean and safe. Very nice for the money.
• The staff at the desk didn't seem interested in helping when checking out. I stood at the desk (no line) for 10 minutes without any of staff talking to me.

“The hotel doesn't have much around it in terms of restaurants but it's a very nice, clean, comfortable place to sleep. They provide a very nice breakfast in the morning too! The staff didn't seem to interested in helping when I checked out (I stood at the front desk, with no line, for 10 minutes while 3 staff talked amongst themselves but didn't acknowledge that I was there). I thought that was strange. Finally, when one gentleman did choose to help me he said he didn't work there normally and was brought in to help. Overall, I definitely was disappointed with the hotel. Great night sleep for a reasonable price!”

• Clean, well lit parking, good staff.
• Did not have wireless Internet.

“Over all, this is a very clean hotel and was a nice stay. It was also quite. For a better rating, an upgrade to wireless Internet would be a big help. This hotel is located by an airport so one would assume it gets its fair share of business men; wireless would be a big step up.”
