• The location was great and they had 3 SHO channels. better than HBO.
• I forgot my shampoo and it is not a standard in-room item provided by Extended Stays (need to ask for it).

“The hotel was very nice for the price and star I picked it up at. Only downers I found with the room were the need to pay for internet access and the lack of shampoo/conditioner being provided without going to the front desk. I've known of both of these issues and have made arrangements typically. The price is great and the rooms are nice.”

• I was very pleased with the set up of the room to accommodate all things.
• The single Queen size room could have just a little more space.

“Overall I enjoyed the hotel, it provided amenities that I had not expected, DVD player, and that made my particular stay just that much more enjoyable. I feel that it is the small things that give you that home like feeling is what gives a hotel that extra edge. Might think to maybe add boiled eggs or a little more for breakfast, not everyone gets to go shopping.”

• I liked the couch in the room.
• There was no hot chocolate packets at the breakfast bar.

• Very convenient, and a good price for the area.
• The pillows were not quality.

“Nice hotel for the money. Good for a over night stay and would be excellent for a long term stay. Not recommended for a family due to size of room.”

• Staff friendly and helpful.

“Rooms are supposed to be cleaned once every 7 days. We arrived Monday, stayed 7 nights and left the following Monday. Room was never cleaned. We were told that Monday was cleaning day and if we wanted it cleaned on any other day, we would have to pay extra.”

• Great use of space like a mini-apartment yet not crowded feeling.
• Hall noise penetrated room; AC noisy in middle of night, funky smell in elevator.

“I gained a great impression of extended stay hotels. Contemporary design touches and excellent use of space made the room feel like a studio apartment, with enough room for my whole (guy) wardrobe and bachelor kitchen. The kitchenette table and rolling chairs seemed adaptable to any extended laptop sessions. My only complaints were the noisy AC unit, hall noise and extra-wide easy chair, apparently designed for 1-1/2 people. 40 cable channels included one Indian-language channel, allowing me to see how American Idol translates to the subcontinent.”

• Location was conducive to my travel plans and easy to find.
• The complimentary breakfast was not worth the time It took me to check It out.

“Hotel Is geared toward longer term clients with In room kitchenettes. No In hotel dining facilities and none within easy walking distance. It was easy to locate off of I-71 and a quiet night.”

• I liked the whole kitchen/supplies included in the room.
• The room smelled a bit of smoke, and soap and shampoo had to be picked up at the front desk.

• Great location and spacious room.
• Breakfast was minimal. Good for a quick bite on the go but not for families.

“Great location and nice amenities. Hotel is more suited for business travelers than families, but we were able to upgrade (for a fee) to a one-bedroom suite for a family of 4. Breakfast was minimal, just coffee, fruit, bagels and cream cheese.”

• Staff was very nice, if I were to stay longer, it would've been great.
• The bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people, and it should've been more staffed, and there was no elevator close to our room.

“It was a very nice hotel for the price I paid. The staff was very nice, and it was a pretty decent sized room with a kitchenette and all the supplies for cooking. Had I been staying there for a while, alone, it would've been perfect. The only things I didn't like were that they only had one person working, so when I wanted towels, I had to go get them myself. The bed was not comfy at all for me and my husband, whenever he moved, the whole bed shook and I woke up. There was no elevator close to our room, had to walk quite a distance to get to the front desk. But I think it was a great deal for what I paid for it.”

• I liked have a kitchenette in the room. If I were staying longer, it would have been perfect.
• The carpet inside the elevator was dirty as was the breakfast area. Garbage left outside room. My lamp was burned out. The only chair was hard sitting.

“I think it's well located, easy to find, didn't' feel staff person card at all I was staying (only 1 night) I hate to see elevator carpets grungy because it's one of the early impressions. The stains there and in the d. Area the same. And I hate seeing garbage sacks parked on the outside of rooms waiting to be retrieved. Seems so tacky. Otherwise, the room was handy, elevator fast and parking easy. Address those issues and I'll come back as I plan to fly in and out of Columbus a lot.”

• It was very comfortable and inviting, unlike a regular. Extended stay motel.
• The chair in the room was uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

• It was a lot more then what I expected. Totally satisfied with everything.
• I have no complaints.

“I was expecting a 2 star hotel, but the staff where helpful and friendly and worked with me to met my needs (early check-in. The hotel overall was great; location, appearance etc.”
