• Located next to interstate.
• Hotel wasn't occupied by many. You could hear conversation from joining room. Need something to deaden noise from joining rooms and hallway.

“Clean,conveniently located beside interstate. At the time of my stay hotel wasn't occupied by many. Which was a good thing for me since you could hear conversation from joining room and hallway. I checked in late just for a place to rest. Neighbors was not loud just talking normal.”

• Staff was helpfull.
• Dead bugs in bathroom bath door didnt close, bed to soft, hottub did't work pool cold.

• Close proximity to Columbus Crew Stadium.
• Staff was not helpful with locations for late hours food choices.

• Hotel and room was very clean. Had easy access on and off of interstate.
• I have nothing negative to say about the establishment.

“The hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. It was a nice place to stay.”

• Noise from other rooms.

“It was clean but obviously older. Bathroom was small, bed was huge, everything clean a big plus. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Could not find any white page telephone directory.”

• Hotel was easy access to major interstates. Bed was comfortable. TV channel selection was good.
• I can spit faster than that thing. Need more security. Some cars were broken into. Breakfast was barely avg.

“Room was real small. Bathroom small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was very poor. Hotel needs some upgrading if they want to compete with others. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to major interstates and attractions. Probably would not recommend this for a family. Not much to do in this area. Need better night security. There were some cars broken into one night. Had windows smashed and things stolen?”

• Comfortable room.
• Bad location.

“Basically the motel was just ok, but we found out during breakfast the next morning that the police had been there for 3 nights in a row because of break-ins of autos in the parking lot. There was a fence bent back, and a path where "shoppers" were coming from the apartments behind the motel to do their parking lot break-ins. We probably will never return to that motel.”

• The staff.
• The room was old and not very appealing.

“The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel had no elevator for the second floor and the room was not very appealing. The toilet paper holder used a pen instead of a roll. The hotel was renovated and not done so well. Was very disappointed with accommodations.”

• Thank God our room was floor level and the area is great!
• One of the beds was completely broken down, unless you like cereal or waffles there were no choices for breakfast.

“Our stay was pleasant except for the broken down bed issue and no real breakfast choices. The shower knob was broken off so it was a hassle to get the shower running, the shelf for towels was broken and falling out of the wall and we were not given enough towels for a family of 4. On our final day, we had the lock on our door crossed over so that the maid could not walk in and somehow after trying once, she managed to come on in. Fortunately, I was just out of the shower and my husband and children were sleeping. Was going to make the complaints at the desk, but upon checkout, no one was working except for a security guard. The pool area was nice and well kept. Rooms were clean and for the price we would probably stay there again as long as our beds are not broken!”

“This Comfort Inn was fine. Nothing fancy but it was comfortable, certainly not fancy but functional. It was a good place for the price, that is for certain.”
