• Nothing.
• No sheets for the sofa bed, had to go get them ourselves. Sofa bed was broken. Room had double bed, not Q bed. Not enough towels. Not enough glasses.

• Very attractive and comfortable rooms.
• Exterior of registration building is not nice looking, old damage from previous hotel.

“My daughter who has a sleep number bed and can't sleep comfortably anywhere bragged about the comfort of the bed and pillows. I was impressed with decorating and furniture especially since we stayed in the same location approximately one year ago (Residence Inn) and it was dirty and the furniture broken down. Very impressive re-do.”

• Nothing, I couldn't even stay at the hotel.
• Everything, unfriendly staff, dirty rooms and smelled like smoke.

“I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a horrible staff, the rooms smelled like smoke. Dirty rooms, bathrooms.”

• The room emulated an apartment. It was clean and roomy.
• The location. It was sandwiched in among other hotels. There was a lack of quality restaurants near by and the access to the hotel was maze like.

“I was not disappointed with the hotel and they served a great free breakfast.”

• The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent with many choices.
• Even though the room was clean it seemed like it had seen better days.

“The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a great kitchen area if someone was staying longer that a few days or wanted to cook their own food. The breakfast was great with hot items and many other selections. The hotel had changed hands sometime recently and they were in the process of upgrading and remodeling the rooms. I assume those rooms were probably a little nicer as my room was on the worn out side. But overall my stay was pleasant.”

• Multiple buildings not attached, inadequate signage made it hard to find.

“Large suites, fabulous breakfast buffet and manager's cocktail hour included, convenient to interstate, close but not in downtown Columbus.”

• Size of room.
• Directions, it was difficult to get to coming off the interstate.

“Clean room, plenty of room, didn't need kitchen but was nice.
A nice place to stay for a week in the summer(pool and BBQ).”

• It was very convenient to the place of work and the highway. It was everything I would expect from a Residense Inn
• The location is a little too close to a bad area of town.

“The staff was excellent, the food was good and the whole operation was painless. No trouble checking in or out.”

• Hard to find.

“The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although there isn't a restaurant on the premises there are many restaurants located close by. The complementary full buffet breakfast was very good.”

• Good Customer service
• had to search a lot for this hotel, then called the counter a they told me how to get there

“It is an excellent hotel for the price that you pay for it. Could have been better if you could it for little cheaper. The hotel staff was very good. overall a great hotel”

• I especially appreciated the cleanliness of my room.
• My room was supposed to be "non smoking" and yet there were cigarette burns on the bathroom sink.

• The room was big and the breakfast was good.
• We were awakened during the night by shouting and fighting.

“We thought the hotel was great except for the quality of people staying there. There was a loud commotion around midnight and again at 6:15am that made sleeping difficult.”
