• Just off the I-71, that is the only good thing about this hotel.
• Not clean. Bad smell all over; rooms are not in good shape and no furniture.

• Mold on the ceiling.

“Upon arriving, the grounds were unimpressive, the lobby entrance was poorly marked. The clerk was sitting in a chair to the left of the desk and not visible until I was at the front desk looking for him. Finding the room was not easy and once inside, the common hall was muggy. Entering the room, the air was stale and hot. While getting ready for the function we were attending, found 1 small complimentary shampoo, that had already been opened by the previous renter I would presume. While blow drying my hair, I noticed a dark spot on the ceiling.. which turned out to be mold. Not happy. We left for our event, came back with some soft drinks. When I went to put them in the refrigerator, I found a half empty frozen bottle of water. I was not impressed with the housekeeping services.”

• Tthe full gym, the pool.
• The Internet was out, Got way behind on business. Air conditioner was weak and noisy.

“Really it was nice. Close to a supermarket and resaurants, very near the Interstate for easy access.”

• Sliding patio doors.
• Water pressure very low on showering.

“It's a motel type hotel with plenty of room for families, microwave, etc. We just needed clean, quiet sleeping space and it fit the bill perfectly for a very reasonable price.”

• Air-conditioning in the room I was staying in was not sufficient.

• Cleanliness, ample room, professional and friendly hotel staff.

“Extremely reasonably priced. Was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the room and hallway was. I could not find the hotel and when I called front desk for directions, they were precise and friendly. I will be returning to Ohio in a couple of weeks and plan on staying their. Already recommended this hotel to my sister since economy and cleanliness are important.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• The entire stay.

“Okay, there is a night club in the lobby of this hotel. They blast music until 3 am. The lobby is packed with drunk people and cops. If you are planning on sleeping, do not stay at this hotel. The employee at the desk was extremely rude and would not offer any type of help whatsoever. Would not move us to a different room. Would not extend our check out time since we could not get to sleep until 3-4 am. I cannot believe the way I was treated. Never ever stay at this hotel. Sleep in your car instead. At least you'll be more comfortable.”

• The rooms, although not plush, were very comfortable and clean.
• Staff was
  unable/unwilling to address noise problem.

“The bar is open until 2:00 am although the music continued past that time. The music and argumentative bar patrons (and police visits) did not allow for sleep until 3:00 am. Night staff acted as though there was no noise. Morning staff said sorry, but it was out of their control.”

• Well located, easy access to freeways and dining.
• Very low pressure on shower.

“I would be happy to stay at the Columbus North Best Western again. The free breakfast was better than most, and the rooms were neat and clean.”

“We thought it would be a great way to spend the afternoon and evening. This hotel is only 1/2 hr from our home, so we didn't really need the room. When we got there the swimming pool was in another building which was closed for the day. What a disappointment.”

• The hotel was exceptionally clean.
• I had to wait several minutes for help at the desk.

“The hotel was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. However, the staff was not at all helpful or friendly. I felt as though I was putting them out I had to wait several minutes to be helped at the desk upon check in even though I could hear several people talking nearby. The breakfast server was very friendly and courteous. The rude staff will not keep me from staying at another Best Western.”

• Close to location we were going.
• Seemed a little run down, old.

“Spanish night club meant people hanging out in lobby and in front of lobby, made it seem a little on the seedy side. Bathrooms had been remodeled? Poorly, with sink in poor position relative to door - hit hand and elbow on door multiple times. Notes posted on the back doors from the police warning about thefts of electronic devices from cars did not add positive ambiance. But it was a value for the price.”

• Beds were very comfortable.
• No elevator had to carry bags up the stairs.

“Nice hotel with work out gym and swimming pools attached. Beds were great and the rooms were nicely furnished. Only drawback is no elevator to the 2nd floor.
