• The indoor pool was wonderful.
• The room could have been a little cleaner and the outside pool was not open.

“The room was nicely furnished but could have used a little more cleaning (there was a a shirt behind the chair; and had not been moved to clean behind). the indoor pool was great, but the outside pool was not open or filled and was kind of an eye sore. I think I would have been able to save money using AAA to book the room.”

• It was an older hotel so it had some issues with wear and tear.

“The hotel was clean so we won't complain. Some things (carpet, bedding) we outdated and had some spots.”

• Conference Facilities, Restaurant.
• Filthy. Very old furnishings, broke-down bed.

“Rooms badly in need of updating. Filthy furniture and carpeting. Carpet stained and threadbare, bed actually concave is was so broken down. Musty/moldy smells - killer for those with allergies. Bathroom fixtures stained and cracked, leaky faucets.”

• Pool and Hot Tub were Great! Nice Room Too!
• Tight Parking Spaces on the Side of Hotel.

“This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The kids loved the pool!”

• Rooms could use some renovation/ updating. Could use better mattresses.

• Just older needed a little TLC but still ok.

• Easy to reach (accessible).
• The back side of parking area light is not sufficient.

“Hotel room light should be improved (dark). The location of this hotel is ease to reach. The cleanliness of the hotel room is good. The cleanliness of the hotel lobby is good. The facilities of the hotel is standard. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, and call to the room to make sure that everything is ok.”

• Pool and area was very dirty, halls & rooms smelled like smoke.

“This hotel had friendly staff and was not a bad value for the price I paid. Not a three star hotel in my book. Pool and area was very dirty and in need of maintenance. Halls and rooms were clean however, smelled like smoke.”

“Before check in I ask about Internet connection, they said yes. I set up my meeting but there is no connection.. not even in business center.. I missed my very important meeting.. I was very upset.. I did not get even simple sorry what a waste money stay away...”

• Convenient location.
• They put us in a handicapped room where the bathroom floor was like a shower at a campground. I bought flip flops to wear in the shower. It was dirty.

“first of all, as I said above, they put us in this handicapped room with a god awful floor. We went out and bought flip-flop to wear in the shower. The water ran all over the bathroom floor because there wasn't a bathtub or shower stall. My daughter killed a centipede in there. We complained and they said we could have another room. It smelled like smoke really bad, so they eventually gave us another room. That room was much better. We had a regular bathroom and I felt much more comfortable.”

• It was dirty, dark, and dreary.

“I might expect this kind of hotel if it were a 1 star, but not a 2 or 2.5. It didn't feel safe. It was very dirty. The sheets and bedspread were very worn. The lights were like 25 or 40 watt. It was just terrible. You need to visit this location and then I know you will re-rate it. I normally a 3 or 4 star rating. Rarely will I select a 2 or 2.5, but this is by far the worst I have ever gotten. I really feel that I should get some adjustment. This was a joke.”

• Needs updating and needs better air quality.

“Older hotel, convenient to find, air quality was very bad, could not open windows to improve, room did not smell fresh, needs updating--decor looked 30 years old and worn. Had internet in room. Would not like to stay there again. Of the 2& 1/2 star hotels I have booked with you this was one of the worst.”
