• The cost of everything but the room. That is to be expected.

“It was obvious form out appearance. But the staff from the Vaile that offered us other parking options to the concierge that directed us to area restaurants were great.”

• Clean, comfortable, outside area was great.
• Not unexpected, there was not a lot of activity later on in the evening other than the hotel bar which was fine.

“Nice rooms, nice views, nice staff. Pricey extras, no parking, small public areas. If you want to spend the high dollar, stay at the Hilton at Easton. It's 10 times nicer.”

“Beautiful hotel! Great staff! Was a bit put off in A/C not working properly and that shower did not drain quickly (water stood up to ankles) hotel preferred to send maitance staff rather than have me change rooms.”

• I confirmed a king-sized bed and yet got 2 queens.

• Close to the airport where I flew into.
• Located in a part of the city that had only 1 restaurant open on Saturday night at 10:30pm. It was a dead part of town!

“The hotel served its purpose as a nice venue for a quick overnight, however, the parking fees were not explained and the charge for a few hours valet parking was $21 plus TIP.”

• Charge for WiFi! F- ; also charge to use computer to print boarding pass D- ; bathroom C+ (but good shower).

“They lost my vote by charging for WiFi and also for use of guest computer to print boarding pass. Would have overlooked outdated bathroom but for that. Room was big, bed comfortable. View and location great. Short walk to park with topiary of Seurat's Sunday in the Park at the Grand Jete (as in Sunday in the Park with George). Artwork all over Downtown. What a surprising city!”

• Hotel restaurant very expensive, food from hotel bar not fresh.

“This was a very nice hotel, I would have been very happy had the hotel had an airport shuttle, but we were able to take a bus for a reasonable price.”

• The housekeeping was a bit lazy on one or two days.

• Very comfortable mattress with firm pillows.
• Rooms were not ready and I was lied to about available.

“The front desk staff were not friendly. They continued to go in the small room in back of the front desk so that they could collectively avoid telling the truth. I was told that I was waiting to a room to be cleaned, when I got to my room it was dusty not just cleaned.”

• Did not have rooms ready for me and at lease 20 people at check in time had to wait a extra hour before check in almost late for wedding.

• They were inflexible with compensating us for not having a room ready for us.

“The hotel couldn't check us in until 6:30 pm. This put our evening event into a rushed time and didn't allow us to rest before our planned evening of diner with family and friends. They gave us a $20.00 restaurant gift certificate but the price of food was more costly than any place in New York. Breakfast would have cost us $70.00! We were highly disappointed in their response to our complaint.”

• Parking, although valet parking was available.

“The Hyatt on Capitol Square in Columbus, Ohio is centrally located across the street from the Ohio State Capitol. As I would expect from Hyatt, even the basic room was well appointed and the staff was extremely courteous and professional. The traveler I was with forgot a necessary toiletry, and the item was brought to her room free of charge within five minutes of the request. My 12th floor room overlooked the Ohio State House complex and offered a beautiful of the Columbus skyline.”
