“Had drinks in the hotel. Really nice bar. Desk personnel were very helpful. Needed a double room. None were avaiable. Left for dinner and were notified that one became available. We already used the room we were in and they said no problem they would just have room service refresh the room and to go ahead and change rooms. They were very accomodating. Rooms were very modern.. great TV and coffee maker.”

“Though the hotel had character the rooms left a lot to be desired. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the next room as if they were in your own room. The bathtub was plugged and took a good 1hour to drain. The bed was very small for my wife and I as well as uncomfortable.”

“Good hotel with excellent staff. As in many historic hotels, rooms are small (Hampton Inns have larger rooms) but are well appointed and comfortable. The location is not ideal as the area immediately surrounding is somewhat vacant, but most things are a short cab ride away.”

“I was disappointed in the fitness center, 1 of the treadmills shut down mid workout and almost threw me and 2 of the remaining 3 did not work. The room did not have soap in it, so I had to shower with out soap. (They delivered some later.). The toilet did not stop running and the shower heads were designed for someone shorter. I could barely get my hair washed because of the low placement of the shower heads and I'm only 6'0 tall.”

“This is an excellent place to stay if you have business in town. It is located in the heart of the business community. The building is renovated recently and is gorgeous. Staff will impress even the most seasoned 4 star travelers. The bedding was wonderful, the toiletries too. I would stay at Westin again eagerly.”

“The staff was welcoming and friendly and the building clean and fresh. A problem with the toilet in room. When mentioned to front desk, the staff apologized and credited my parking charge graciously and unexpectedly. A very nice gesture. I would definitely stay again!”

“In addition to being rude, the front desk staff were rude. The rooms are tiny, and the toiletries were of a low grade. The parking lot - no valet available - is a block away.”

“The hotel was very nice; the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! And best of all for me-the A/C was phenomenal! It would be nice if it were in a different location. It is almost next door to a deserted mall. Kind of creepy.”
