• Lovely atmoshere, quite and clean.
• Getting earlier wake up call then I requested and getting a
  late one in the same morning.

• Very quiet, few guests were staying there on the weekend.
• Valet Parking.

• Great Bed Fun Bar
• Bathroom vanity too small

“Had drinks in the hotel. Really nice bar. Desk personnel were very helpful. Needed a double room. None were avaiable. Left for dinner and were notified that one became available. We already used the room we were in and they said no problem they would just have room service refresh the room and to go ahead and change rooms. They were very accomodating. Rooms were very modern.. great TV and coffee maker.”

• Very historic with exqusite lobby features.
• Room left a lot to be desired. Bed very uncomfortable and small. Walls paper thin. Tub would not drain.

“Though the hotel had character the rooms left a lot to be desired. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the next room as if they were in your own room. The bathtub was plugged and took a good 1hour to drain. The bed was very small for my wife and I as well as uncomfortable.”

• Brand of hotel.
• Size of rooms & bathroom, location was not near city center.

“Good hotel with excellent staff. As in many historic hotels, rooms are small (Hampton Inns have larger rooms) but are well appointed and comfortable. The location is not ideal as the area immediately surrounding is somewhat vacant, but most things are a short cab ride away.”

• Decor, furnishings and feel.
• No soap in the room, the toilet leaked and the shower head was too low!

“I was disappointed in the fitness center, 1 of the treadmills shut down mid workout and almost threw me and 2 of the remaining 3 did not work. The room did not have soap in it, so I had to shower with out soap. (They delivered some later.). The toilet did not stop running and the shower heads were designed for someone shorter. I could barely get my hair washed because of the low placement of the shower heads and I'm only 6'0 tall.”

• Stately lobby and superior room quality.
• Located right on the main highway in town with no parking.

“This is an excellent place to stay if you have business in town. It is located in the heart of the business community. The building is renovated recently and is gorgeous. Staff will impress even the most seasoned 4 star travelers. The bedding was wonderful, the toiletries too. I would stay at Westin again eagerly.”

• They had maintenance problems and could not put me in correct room.

• Beautiful grand open lobby & halls. Friendly staff.
• A bit off the center of town, but not bad at all.

“The staff was welcoming and friendly and the building clean and fresh. A problem with the toilet in room. When mentioned to front desk, the staff apologized and credited my parking charge graciously and unexpectedly. A very nice gesture. I would definitely stay again!”

• Great quality and friendly staff. Nice bar area.
• Awful, cheap and uncomfortable pillows for a 4 star hotel. Charged for parking and internet.

“Very clean and friendly with high quality customer service. Need work on the pillows, a small thing that would make it an excellent stay.”

“In addition to being rude, the front desk staff were rude. The rooms are tiny, and the toiletries were of a low grade. The parking lot - no valet available - is a block away.”

• The beds were amazing! Rooms clean.
• No vending machines-$3.50 for stale Pringles in the minibar. There are no close stores.

“The hotel was very nice; the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! And best of all for me-the A/C was phenomenal! It would be nice if it were in a different location. It is almost next door to a deserted mall. Kind of creepy.”
