• The room was very comfortable and spacious and so wonderful to have 2 TV's.
• The pool was not the warmest and the jacuzzi was not hot at all.

“This hotel was clean and the room was wonderfully comfy spacious every room, wow what room!!! I thought the pool and jacuzzi could have been regulated better. All in all I will definitely stay again.”

• I liked that there were flat screen TV's in the room.

• The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tasteful, and spacious.
• I don't like the high charge for internet service in the room.

• Room set up was awesome, like the pull out beds for kids.
• Pool area kind of dark (evening).

“Wonderful, staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the amenities, TV, fridge, coffee and microwave. It made it so easy to function on our trip! Thanks for the excellent service. Hope to find them again on Priceline!”

• We were given a suite and it was perfect for our weekend getaway.
• The breakfast buffet was very pricey for the quality and service.

“The rooms were very clean. Somehow we ended up with a suite, which was very unexpected for the small bid that was accepted. The staff was very friendly and we had a great night away.”

“I was impressed with these accommodations. First off I was greeted by a very friendly desk staff who were very helpful with directions to restaurants and attractions in the area. I stayed in a suite. There were 2 flat screen TVs, (1 in the bedroom and 1 in front of the pull-out couch), a small fridge, and a nice couch and desk area. The king size bed was very comfortable and the down pillows were a plus. Overall, a great experience!”

• I loved the deluxe rooms, they were very spacous.
• The pool area could hav been better.

“This hotel was spacious and very family friendly. It was definitely a 4 star experience. The decor of the hotel was very inviting. The dining was above average. The employees were nice and very helpful. There was a movie theater across from the hotel.”

• Liked having separate living/bed room areas.
• Outside of building could use a paint job.

“Had slight problem on check-in, someone with my same last name (but totally unrelated to me) got there before I did and staff used my reservation on them. However front desk deeply apologized and was able to take care of the problem promptly.”

• The room was gorgeous and the staff was outstanding!
• The lack of parking.

“This is a beautiful hotel with many amenities. It is close to the major highway and many restaurants. I had the breakfast buffet and the food was wonderful, but the waiter was the right amount of attentiveness without being overbearing. He went out of the way to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my stay!”

“Hotel staff was extremely unfriendly and did not seem to care about our needs. The rooms which are called suites are nothing but 2 extremely small rooms. The room was not clean, tables and desk were sticky to the touch, the bedding was not clean, the comforter had obvious body fluids on it and burn holes, the under blanket had burn holes. There was a very strong smell of bug spray upon entering the room. The hotel was off the beaten path and there was no security on the to be found anywhere.”
