• Loud party on my floor.

“AC failed in assigned room. Awoke at 1 am and the room must have been 85 or 90 degrees. Had to change rooms at 1:30 am. The closet door fell off on second day in the second room. I have stayed at this specific hotel a number of times and this is the first time there was anything to complain about.”

• The room was very nice, colorful.
• The room was not as clean as I would have liked.

“My son was going to meet me there. When I checked in and went to the room there was only one bed. When I called the front desk they stated that it would cost me another $30.00 to have two beds.”

• The TV channels they provided were poor.

“This hotel was excellent. The living room area was comfortable. The Bed was very comfortable. The room amenities were great. Only draw back The TV didn't have very many channels to choose from.”

• No body bothered me.
• Promote wide screen but only had 4 x 3. Why have two bad TV's when u can have one TV. Plumbing was noisy.

• The bedroom and the sitting room were divided with French doors. Nice touch.
• The whirlpool jets didn't work. Sounded like they haven't for a while.

“Nice hotel. Great location. Easy to get to all things in Columbus with a short drive. Big rooms with space to spread out. Could use new carpet. They should provide a continental breakfast.”

• Great Room Layout, very comfortable and clean.
• A little more pricey for beverages/food.

“The entire hotel was clean and was well kept. The layout of the room was unique in that it had a separate living space from the bedroom making it comfortable to share with co-worker.”

• Did not offer free breakfast, bar.

“I was very pleased with the hotel and the room. Very clean and modern for the price. Also, very convenient to anywhere you want to go in Columbus. Will consider this hotel every time we go to Columbus.”

• I liked that it was a suite and the coffee was very good.
• I had trouble getting the room door open with the electronic key.

“The hotel worked out very well for my short trip to Columbus. The price was right and checkout was a breeze.”

• The suites are very nice; great location with many local restaurants.

“I have stayed at this hotel several times. I've never had a problem before. This time, I called a few weeks ahead of time to reserve a room with 2 beds instead of 1 King-sized bed. No problem. When I arrived, they said that there was a $30 up charge for changing to a room with 2 beds. I have never been told this at ANY hotel. In addition, I was not told this when I called to reserve a double bed room. In the end, they did NOT charge me the extra $30 per night, but I was frustrated that I had to debate the fact with them.”

• Fast check-in, very clean, nice toiletries!
• Bar is lack-luster and traffic can get very congested around development that hotel is in.

“This hotel is very nice for lots of types of travelers. I have stayed here numerous times. The bar is not very comfortable - it could definitely stand to be updated. However, the rooms are very nice and I always luck out and get a suite. It's very close to the highway, restaurants, and a movie theater. Convenient for those traveling from the north. The only major negative is that traffic gets very congested around the commercial development where this hotel is, but that tends to be limited to traditional rush hour.”
