“Inexpensive, clean, convenient location, full kitchen, many restaurants nearby. Used by many workers from out of town, great setup for mufti-day stay. At this price, don't expect extra pillows or hairdryers, but a limited supply of both are available on request.”

“This location worked out very well for me when I took a short trip to Columbus for a buckeyes game. I expected no frills and there were none (not even shampoo). Good for the traveler who emphasizes economy above all. Those used to luxury should go elsewhere.”

“My wife and I stay at a lot of hotels. We liked extended stay because they are clean and have kitchens that we can cook in. It is almost like being in an apartment away from home.”

“I spent 2 hours trying to find this place. The directions were actually good, but my roommate (who is from Westerville) told me to go the wrong way. So, getting lost was ok, but it was something else that bothers me. I tried calling the hotel to help us. Their phone did not work. This made me really upset because how are you supposed to find a hotel when you're lost when you can't even call the place? No one in the area had ever heard of the hotel or even the road it was on. This was very frustrating at 1:30 am in an unfamiliar city. Also, once I finally got there, I was there after desk hours. I called the customer service line just as I was instructed to do as I walked in. Each time I called (six times), the man on the other end could not hear me. Instead of coming down and figuring out who kept calling him, I had to wait 20 minutes to mess with the phone myself. It was a horrible night. The hotel room was fine.”
