• Upscale modern look to interior.
• Check in was a nightmare at midnight with no line!

“I expected something a little more upscale. No room service, toilet broken and check in was impossibly slow due to computer malfunction.”

“Front staff was great when we checked in. This hotel is one we will stay at again. It was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot.”

• The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. There were lots of nice upgrades.

“Beautiful accommodations! The continental breakfast was nice and included Starbucks coffee. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.”

• breakfast breads were all white, very little selection

“This hotel has the most beautiful spacious rooms; and it is spotless. Very quiet, very comfortable, the beds are luxurious, the TV is a huge flat screen HD. Large living room area with small refrigerator and microwave. Easy free internet access. There is no pool or hot tub, but there are lots of good places that are a short walk away, including Ruth Chris' steakhouse and Panera Bread.”

• Great place.
• Allow 15 minutes to get on 270 in the morning.

“Great hotel. Staff was friendly with a quick check-in. Breakfast was always fresh. 42" plasma TV was great. Lacks storage/drawer space for longer stays.”

• Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

“It was neat and clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Maids did not speak English, but other than that everyone was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel. PS: The beds in the hotel were incredibly comfortable.”

• Location.
• Pretty much everything.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. There was hairs all over the bathroom. The beds are comparable to a cardboard box with a pillow on it. The bathtub was disgusting and the cold water didn't work that well so I practically burnt myself when I took a shower.”

• Attractive, modern decor, and new large HDTV.
• Bathroom way was too small.

“We could check in by computer, easy access to elevators to get to your room. Restaurants nearby, and easy on and off to interstate.”

• Not enough "dresser drawer", closet very small; small bathroom/vanity area.

• The room was cleverly laid out, good beds.
• The air conditioner blew on one bed and could not be altered.

“One of the best we've stayed in! No problem with having no restaurant. There were plenty in the immediate area and the staff was a big help in choosing a good one.”

• Mini fridge, multimedia hook-ups, frees Wi-Fi, free breakfast, huge TV.
• Pull out couch not comfortable, sandwiches in lobby too expensive.

“Hotel was great. Night shift staff was very friendly. First shift staff was nice, but seemed much frazzled, almost like they needed more than 2 people working. The free breakfast was great - starbucks coffee, fresh cut fruit, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice and milk. Loved the free in room in Wi-Fi and free printing in the lobby. The king bed was comfy. The room had a mini fridge, fluffy towels, 42 inch hd TV that I could hook up my laptop, DVD player, ipod or whatever to. I didn't like the slow channel change on the TV. And the deli sandwiches in the lobby were $9.25. Too much for a sandwich - but I loved the hotel and would definitely stay at a Hyatt place again.”

• Room was spacious, quiet, well maintained. Pillows were comfortable. Hotel Receptionist was friendly and accommodated our concerns.
• The bathroom was a little small.

“Excellent hotel. Rooms are very contemporary, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom that was a little small, but the shower head made up for it.”

• My room had not counter top in the bathroom.
