• Clean rooms.
• Very old building, hallways, etc.

“Rooms are very clean. The AC was a little loud and kept turning on and off. Hallways and exteriors looked very old. Good experience overall though.”

• Good location, good price, very clean, very courteous, everything worked, restaurants nearby.
• The mattress was too firm.

“Conveniently located just off the Highway 270. A clean comfortable room, easy check in and out. There are several restaurants nearby including a Starbucks within walking distance, the neighborhood around the hotel is nice, I felt very safe. They gave me a free newspaper which I appreciated. It was quite hot that day so I was glad the air conditioning worked very well. Shower was nice, plenty of pressure and hot water. Everything worked.”

• The manager was extremely friendly and the location was perfect easy access to freeway.
• Carpeting was in pretty bad shape.

“Our overall experience was pleasant. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel and that was what we got. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.”

• Good location.
• No alarm clock, paint chipped off doors and woodwork, cloths line cable used in place of chain lock.

“I was disappointed the room. It was run down, not even an alarm clock. It did appear to be clean w/clean linens and in a good location.”
