• Very clean, well stocked and convenient to what
  I needed.
• Only one elevator for entire building.

“The residence in was very nice. My room was in the back, so I had a hard time bringing things upstairs with the only elevator in front. However the rest of the experience was remarkable. Very friendly staff and good food, full breakfast buffet included in the price.”

• Very well - and surprisingly so - stocked kitchenette.
• Ice on the sidewalks, not very well shoveled.

“I was very pleased and surprised about the quality level of the hotel and facilities. I'd DEFINITELY stay here again for the Detroit Auto Show, even though it's 15 miles or so from the Cobo Center.”

• Free breakfast/newspapers. Quick checkout.
• Swimming pool too small. TVs were fuzzy. Toilet needed two flushes.

“I enjoyed staying at this hotel. There were a few partying guests. If you want to prepare your own meals, there is everything provided for you in your room. When you step out of your room, you are on a concrete hallway that is outdoors.”

• Location was hard to spot from the main road.

“Clean and fresh linens, nicely decorated, convenient to major thoroughfares. Breakfast was well beyond the usual danish and coffee, full breakfasts included in the price of the room. Wonderful value!”

• You can't go wrong for the price. Staff was excellent and the buffet breakfast was great!
• Pool was not open during our stay.

• The sliding doors between bedroom and living area.
• 1. Area not as safe as should be 2. No TV in bedroom

“Full kitchen and living area. Bedroom small. Bed small. Nice storage. Sleeper sofa. Lovely showerhead. Rough looking characters hanging around outside of hotel on day of check-in and next day as well.”

• The evening staff were very friendly.
• Having to walk around my room's building in order to get to the main building.

• I was stuck with a smoking room

“Overall the room was nice. If it had been a non-smoking room I'd have been much happier. The room had it's own kitchen which would be advantageous for longer stays. The location was good though it's tucked away and a little hard to find.”
