• Good location for our purpose for being in Columbus.
• Very poor maintenance to fix items in the room.

“If something isn't working in your room, the maintenance staff will get there whenever they chose to arrive and won't fix what's broken.”

• The location was close to OSU.
• Requested additional pillows and never got them.

“The hotel was clean but it looked like they were doing some remodeling in the entry way. Called front desk to request additional pillows and never got them. the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. The bar was closed on Saturday afternoon during college football season. the ice machine on my floor didn't work. ”
