  • Parking lot undergoing repair/some blocked off.

“This was a basic, average hotel. Staff members were helpful, friendly. Room was comfortable.”

  • location
  • Poor staff

“The overall hotel was okay. But my toilet backed up and overflowed. I called the front desk and they told me to come and get their plunger and towels. I felt that that was very unacceptable.I spent my night cleaning up a bathroom. No one offered me another room or anything. I asked for manager concerning a refund or another stay for free. They took my number but never recieved call.”

  • All of the staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Lamar!

“We had a couple of problems with our room and the hotel staff member, Lamar fixed immediately upon check in and our review of the room. A good value and a quiet, clean hotel that exceeded our needs. All of the staff were friendly and helpful right down to the housekeeper!”

  • The price.
  • Everything smelled like smoke, police were at the hotel the first night for construction workers staying there, it was loud and not especially clean.

“This hotel was the worst one we stayed at in our 3 week cross-country trip. The entire hotel smelled like smoke, construction workers who were staying there were loud and rude, the parking lot lights were out and it was brought to the front desk's attention 5 times, never to be fixed. The staff was very friendly, but no action was ever taken. The rooms were not insulated and you could hear everything in the room above and to the side. Carpeting throughout the hotel was old and stained.”

  • The location was in a nice area.
  • The overall cleanliness of the hotel room was filthy.

“This hotel was nothing like the depiction on the website. The bed linen had not been changed from the previous guests (obvious by the hair & stains on the sheet). The towels were very low quality, almost felt like sandpaper. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

  • Nothing!
  • Dingy, dirty, spooky atmosphere, no cleaning lady unless you stay for 7 days.

“It was quite the dump. Took forever cuz the confirmation # didn't go thru which never occured anywhere else. Cleaning lady doesn't arrive unless you stay a minimum of 7 days. I couldn't even sleep there.”

  • People were nice enough, not around enough.
  • Didn't turn on phone, later no one there to do it.

“Room fine. Lack of night staff a problem if anything goes wrong couldn't get phone turned on by the time I realized they hadn't done it. Could be an issue if a 911 emergency occurred safety issue.”

  • Had kitchen with stove and fridge.
  • No shampoo, rude front desk staff, bad neighborhood, dusty and dirty rooms.

“Initially I was excited to stay in a room that had a little kitchen and fridge. When I entered the room, I noticed a horrible smell for which I had to open the windows for. The neighborhood is not the best so I was a little hesitate (I was on the first floor as well). The bathroom door could not be opened without banging into the toilet seat which was loose. There was no shampoo in the room or at the front desk. When I went to the front desk to ask for info and shampoo, the staff was unhelpful and rude. One clerk made me wait while she was on the phone, and then stayed on the phone while she was talking to me (needless to say the conversation was short and obnoxious).”
