• The bed was heaven!
• You had to hold the handle down on the toilet for about 15 seconds to get it to flush.

“I was so impressed with this hotel. The bed and bedding was like heaven. So seldom can you actually kick your shoes off and walk around a hotel room like it was your own home, and I could do that here. The light blocking drapes were great since I had not slept in over 24 hours. Loved the heated pool, although the temp was a bit chilly (maybe they could heat it a little more). Breakfast (though not included) was great and all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location convenient to lots of restaurants. Loved that there was already linen in room for pull out couch bed.”

• Modern, clean, friendly and convenient. Would go again and highly recommend.
• Everything was excellent. Continental breakfast would be nice.

“Awesome experience. Making reservation in the dark was a concern. We believe that god placed this in our paths to enhance are travel experience. We were going to my 30 yr class reunion and had not clue what was in the area. Not only awesome experience but convenient.”

• The location to the expressway, and the amenities.
• The employs gave me a hard time about changing on of the rooms from a queen to a double.

• Nice clean and comfortable bed.
• My room was by an exit door therefore, heard door closing all hours.

• The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Sprawling design - long walk from one spot of the hotel to another.

“The hotel was clean and a good value. The staff was above average. The hotel design is 2 story sprawling facility - some rooms are quite far from the hotel lobby.”

• The room was very clean.
• The breakfast was very expensive, not included.

“Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was a little small, but we did have a couch. The only major flaw was breakfast is not complementary and it is 10.95 per person. That is a major drawback for a family and will alter my decision to stay there again.”

• The bed was huge!
• The parking was inconvenient.

“I was very impressed with the hotel. It was very clean and up-to-date. The room was beautiful and the bed was huge - it must have been a California king. There were 6 pillows on the bed and they were very comfy. The only bad things were that the parking wasn't very close to the door and the hallways were quite long. But, the good points far outweigh the bad points.”

“For the price, its one of the best hotels to stay in Warren MI. I go there once a month and its the hotel of my choice.”

• Friendly staff, nice lobby, and convenient location.
• Wish there were kitchenette units available for families w/ small children. Also, no meals available on weekends after 12 noon.

“Great location, clean facilities, and great staff. Lobby is very clean and well appointed. The rooms were clean. However, the hotel is not very well suited for families as there are no kitchenettes in the rooms, and there is no food service on weekends after 12 noon. Therefore, you have to go out to get meals (a minor inconvenience). The hotel is really set up more for business travelers and is not family friendly. However, overall I was pleased. The staff were wonderful, especially the front desk (Nicole).”

• I wanted double beds and I got one king size bed. The hotel did not want to fix that.

• Pool was very nice the rooms were wonderful.
• Only one elevator in way back of hotel made it hard with 2 small children and luggage to get up the stairs.

“I would definitely stay there again. The staff was nice and friendly the rooms were clean and well taken care of. The pool was nice and the hot tub was relaxing. Had a great time and look forward to my next time being there!”

• They were kind and courteous and our rooms were clean.
• We had asked for both rooms to be non smoking but only one was.

“The hotel was very nice, the balcony to the courtyard was lovely. There was plenty of room in the rooms for four of us and the sink was separated from the toilet and tub allowing us to get ready in time for our meeting.”

• Happy Hour in the lounge with discount drinks.
• No free continental breakfast. You have to pay $8.00.

“Great central location to multiple restaurants, shopping centers and other venues. Contemporary decor and very clean.”

• The hotel looked like new. It has been remodeled and refurbished. We liked it very much.
• The repeated morning noise and door tapping by the house keepers, although we put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign.

“It is our second visit to this hotel in one year. We were not happy when we learned that we're going to spend 7 nights there, but it was a happy surprise to notice that the Courtyard in Warrren is totally different from what it was a year ago.Our stay was pleasant, in general, relaxing and good. We would gladly repeat the experience.”
