  • I hear there is a water park. Who cares when the rooms are nasty?
  • Dirty, overpriced, in need of an update both physically and in staff.

“Dirty, worn-out, shoddy rooms. Poor housekeeping, indifferent staff, and bad management. Our "upgraded" room that we received after complaining was better at first sight, but had stained sheets that looked as if they had not been changed, burns in the carpet, standing water in the tub, and peeling wallpaper. My experience here was awful!”

  • Banquet rooms were lovely, and service in the banquet hall was great.
  • Terrible value, rooms were not as nice as roadside notel. The smell, beds and carpet were disgusting. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

“The room I stayed in was gross. It smelled musty. The entire hotel smells like chlorine because of the water park. The carpet was matted and you could feel hard lumps underneath it. The mattresses were visibly stained. There was only one tiny window and basically no luxuries - it is equivalent to a roadside motel. I did not even want to shower in the bathroom or walk barefoot in my room. It just felt icky!”

  • The water park was great!
  • One of the three rooms was not clean.

“Overall, if you are traveling with children, this is a great place to stay. The water park is wonderful and the staff/hotel is very accommodating to families.”

  • Water Park.
  • The extra Taxes added to our bill!!!!!!!

“It was fine, but not worth the $150.00 we spent, when we thought the room was reserved for $99.00.”

“This hotel was great for taking a family to a water park, also the nice game room.”

  • The room was very pretty and clean. Pool area was spotless and had lots of towels.
  • Front desk staff were rude and understaffed.

“We read the past reviews and were ready if it was loud at night. We decided to go Sunday night instead of the Friday family in hopes that we would miss the party crowd and weddings. It was great. Just families and business people. I can see why it would be rowdy on the weekends with the bar in the pool area and the karaoke Friday night. The cleaning lady said they have a lot of wedding parties on the weekends, so that can be loud and rowdy. If we go again we'll definitely go during the week to miss that crowd. It was very clean and comfortable. Even though the front desk people seemed annoyed by us customers and overworked we had a blast.”
