• I love how the pool area is connected to the hotel room through a window.
• I would have liked to have had more healthy breakfast options.

“Overall, this hotel was great! They fixed our shower promptly and politely, they were friendly, and helpful. It was very clean, I was very impressed. The price was good, and I'd stay there again.”

• Breakfast was good.
• The bed was very uncomfortable and the sink was very small.

“The bed was very hard and the protective cover squeaked every time you moved on it. It was very uncomfortable and too small for two people. Breakfast was nice and had several options of what to eat.”

• The afternoon staff lady... she was great!
• The bed is hard and the breakfast was taken away too soon.

“All in all, the hotel supplied what it should of. It had a small fridge in the room that was nice. The morning staff was not very morning pleasant. But hey... I am not a morning person either. Would have liked to have breakfast... but it was gone. At least coffee and donuts should stay around till 10:30.”

• Exceptionally immaculate! Every area of the room was clean and smelled fresh, lobby clean and sparkling. A+++.
• Water pressure. Shower was very weak.

• Refused to honor my reservation after contacting them two weeks prior.

“Management blamed the staff (which is their responsibility) for my inconvenience of not having the proper number of beds in my room. Instead of apologizing, they took advantage of my situation and charged me an additional twenty dollars for a room that I had paid for three weeks before my arrival.”

• Friendly staff and very clean accommodations.
• The sink area is not large enough.

“The location of this hotel is great for this city. We have booked rooms there several times and it meets our needs nicely. I just wish that the area around the sink was large enough to hold make up and hair products that are needed in the lighted area. The service here was very efficient and the rooms are clean and comfortable.”

• Staff was very willing to help resolve a major noise problem.
• Even though they have a policy for children it is unenforceable.

“There was a hockey tournament going on and we were stuck in the middle of a hotel with screaming and out of control kids. ”

• Helpfulness of all staff.
• The sink vanity was way too small and not in good location.

“Our overall visit was very good for us. The only discomfort was the fact that it was poorly lighted in the room and the vanity sink was too small and not in a good location. The clothes hanger area was right at the door and the door rubbed the clothes when opening and closing.”

• Pets accepted, free Hotspot, clean, super friendly, indoor pool.

“A little hard to see from the road, but we found it. Staff was very friendly and excellent in all qualities of service. The mattresses were a little thin, but what do you expect, this isn't the Ritz. : ) The ability to bring my cats was a huge plus, especially since it was only 8$ for pets and others were in the 60-80$ range. The room was immaculately clean, and it was easy to park near the room. The indoor pool was a great luxury, so was the ability to use the Wireless Access Point to connect to the internet with my wifea''s laptop. (WAP at no additional charge can't beat that.) Very close to a nice variety of restaurants, everything from American steakhouse to a nice Chinese restaurant. Almost forgot, shower was great, nice water pressure. Room was supplied with microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board. They even have a washer and dryer available for use in the hotel.”
