• Bathroom was very clean, convenient to highway, and easy to find.
• No couch, strong odor of tobacco in public spaces, and hard bed.

“The room was clean, which is important, but smelled strongly of cleaning products until we aired it out by opening the window and running the fan on high. This was an option in early fall, but I would have been much more disgruntled if it had been winter. While on close examination the room appeared to have been renovated fairly recently, the wallpaper chosen had beige and Grey highlights which made it look dirty. The stairwells and halls smelled strongly of tobacco--the room did not. But if you have a tobacco allergy you'll have an unpleasant trip to your room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in/out had no difficulties.”

• The location was adequate.
• This hotel was filthy and smelled of smoke.

“This hotel was dirty, smelled of smoke in all parts. It is not family friendly or child friendly. The location is adequate, but the general state of the hotel is shocking.”

“Absolutely horrible! Nowhere for my family to sleep. Complete disregard for families with young children. We are telling to all our friends and that's a lot. Wife is a newspaper columnist!”

• The hotel staff was accommodating.
• It was dirty and not user friendly.

“We did not like this hotel at all. Fortunately we did not have to spend much time there. The hallways and lobby were not air conditioned, the TV was small, and the facility had a very impersonal feel to it. We were very disappointed in this hotel.”

• This hotel is in good location.
• This hotel has smelly hallway. It uses basement for guest rooms. Not good.

“Not recommend as 2-star hotel. The hotel is in good location for dinning, shopping and accessing highway. It has smelly hallway. It only provides queen bed to guess room. Requires extra $10 charge to guess if anyone upgrades to have a sofa bed.”

• I liked the full kitchen as well as the washer and dryer.
• I did not like having to pay for wireless internet.

“I liked the hotel, I did not like having to pay for wireless internet. If it came down to deciding to stay at a hotel that offered free Wi-Fi and this hotel, I would choose the hotel with the free Wi-Fi.”

• The staff was helpful.
• No elevator-cumbersome with bags, internet fee, no breakfast.

“I paid extra to upgrade and that still did not improve it much. The TV was small and the sink was damaged. I also had to pay extra for internet, and with no continental breakfast, I really did not save in the long run. The check in counter was tiny and was awkward-I was in the hotel office just to check in. The staff was helpful, but the hotel itself was not what I had hoped for.”
