• Very nice bed with deluxe comforter, very cozy.

• Hot breakfast in the morning was nice, French toast sticks, awesome.
• Nothing bad really stuck out.

“The room was clean, staff was nice, and the area is pretty safe and quiet, and close to I75 and business area of troy. I'd stay again.”

• I was spoiled & pampered from the time I walked in the door.
• No vent fan in bathroom.

• Good breakfast, dinner weeknights, very comfy beds! What a great value!
• Ugly, (but practical) location, it's near the expressway and an industrial park.

“Had a great stay, the staff was super friendly, always asking if they could improve our stay in anyway. Perfect for business travelers, free Wi-fi, and breakfast and dinner provided. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. Overall, a very comfortable stay, and an excellent value.”

• Exceptional hotel experience: all hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay memorable & exceptional: better staff than many 5 star hotels!
• Wish hotel had a pool & more than 1 public computer in business center.

“We have stayed at this Hampton inn repeatedly since ague. The hotel is well kept, clean, safe and one of the best run hotels in the united states. All staff is exceptionally well trained, friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. We have traveled extensively for business and pleasure off the years and feel this Hampton inn is a true gem. We have also noticed that most patrons are return business: business and leisure travelers are so impressed with this hotel that many people return over and over again. We definitely do and have recommended this Hampton inn to many family and friends with visitors to the Detroit suburbs. If you are looking for accommodations in Madison heights, troy, royal oak, Berkley, Birmingham, warren, sterling heights, etc: this is by far the cleanest, well kept, comfortable hotel in the area with exceptional staff, good breakfast, complementary dinner Monday Thursday plus very comfortable, new beds with choice of feather and/or foam pillows and cozy comforters. We will always come back here!”

• The hotel was nice. They had comfortable beds, has fitness room with a sauna
• Such a high star rating for the area but lacks a pool and a hot tub?

“This hotel would be ideal for business travelers. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and has nice furniture act. This hotel lacks a pool or a Jacuzzi, but does have a fitness center and a dry sauna For business travelers that dont want a pool/hot tub perfect.”

• Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Great beds, meals & rooms.
• We wish this Hampton Inn had a pool, microwave & mini fridge in each room.

“My son and I were very pleasantly surprised to find extremely comfortable new beds, recently redone quiet rooms. All the staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful: ready to go the extra mile to assure the best hotel stay in years equivalent to 4-5 star hotels we normally stay in. Great breakfast too. This is one of the best managed hotels we've stayed in in years. All staff is exceptional. We have stayed in this hotel twice in the past 4 weeks for a week. We have stayed the Fairfield Inn 2 doors down which is extremely poorly managed: the WORST stay we have had in years. We will be back every trip to the Detroit Area to this Hampton Inn. Superb Stay & Hotel Management.”
