• Desk clerk was friendly.
• Bedbugs!

“The room had a serious bedbug problem and they would not give me a refund so I could get a different hotel. They did give me another room but I was really grossed out. No manager on duty to complain to.”

• Kitchenette and wireless internet access were handy; limit on TV volume was a great idea.
• Room only had 1 double bed. I expected at least a queen.

“This is the third time I've stayed at this particular motel, and have been very pleased each time. The convenience of a full kitchen is great when traveling and you need someplace for those restaurant leftovers. We came rolling in after nine at night and the check-in was quick and the room was quiet. My in-law stayed down the hall in a room for which they paid four times what I did.”

• Horrible room entry technology/ugly bedding/horrible TV reception.
