• Right off the high way, good access but not too noisy!
• The bathrooms were old, needed updating.

“No bells and whistles here, but clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to update the showers, they weren't dirty or anything, just old. Overall no complaints, it was perfect for the night before a long marathon run!”

• Rude desk staff who replied no problem to problems!

“It may have been refreshed, but this Courtyard is tired. And the staff needs a good shakedown. And the next day, when 3 sets of keys failed, requiring long walks to and from the desk, the useless desk clerk could only offer "No problem" as if this was not a problem. I have a disability. I was sick to my stomach, and running to and fro was a problem. She had no clue that inconveniencing a guest was inappropriate. I hated this hotel. Would never return.”

• Great beds, large bathroom, spacious room, complimentary coffee.
• Elevator is all the way in the back of the hotel.

“When I was checking in, I watched a man pull out his credit card and pay over 2 times. This was such a great feeling. In fact, it was almost 3 times what I paid. The rooms are clean, the pool is refreshing, and the mattresses are to die for. Hope this helps!”

• Too much Febreze spray in rooms, on bed.

• The Courtyard was very clean and the beds were the must comfortable, I have experience in a long while.
• Hotel signage is small and would have missed the turn if not for my GPS.

“This hotel is centrally located to Ohio State and to the downtown area. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The pool and spa are clean and well maintained. The rooms are very clean and have all the needs of a traveling family. I will definitely stay at this Courtyard for all future visits to Columbus, OH.”

• Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable; hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
• No restaurant.

“The hotel was very comfortable. In spite of the level 2 snow emergency, the staff did what they could to keep the sidewalks and parking lots passable. Everyone on the staff that we met was helpful, friendly, and courteous.”

• The people were helpful, the pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable.
• No restaurant.

“Even though it was in the middle of a level 2 snow emergency, the people were courteous and friendly and they did their best to clear the snow from the parking lot and sidewalks. We had a very pleasant stay.”

• They were very helpful when we had left something in the room after check out.
• It was awkward to find, the sign by the road isn't very large.

“It was very nice, great location very clean and the staff was lovely. We had left our daughters blanket in the room after we checked out and the staff was wonderful about helping us get it back.”

• They quickly provided us with a crib upon request.
• The pool was a little cool.

“Overall, we all really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and courteous. Late that night, we decided we'd rather have our 2 year old sleep in a crib. Upon calling the front desk to request one, it arrived within minutes! Our kids loved the pool. However, we thought the water could have been a little warmer. We travel to Columbus a lot and will definitely stay again!”

• Comfortable, makes you feel at home.
• Pay for view movies too expensive: 14.95.

“In a nook off the beltway, this place is very quiet and cozy. Beds were just right with soft cotton sheets and soft pillows. Lots of TV options. Room was large and had all the extras: sofa bed, coffeemaker, fridge, etc. I chose to have the buffet for breakfast which was great value and good quality; fresh pineapple, good scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage, oatmeal, etc. They make you feel very much at home, and each employee I came in contact with was pleasant. Hard to fault.”

• Difficult to get to the exits near the hotel are closed.

• Pool and hot tub with buffet breakfast.
• Hot tub was cold the first night but was then fixed for next night.

“Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was cold first night was then repaired for next evening. Maids carts and garbage was left in hallway on first floor on both nights. We were on third floor. Staff was friendly and hotel is convenient to expressway with lots of meal choices within five minutes.”
