• The indoor pool and indoor hot tub was a plus I wish I have booked another night the hotel was awsone.
• Nothing

“We stayed at the hotel to attend the Ohio State fair. I wish I booked another night and skipped the fair. The room and indoor pool was way better than going to the fair.”

• Accommodations far exceeded my expectations.
• Closet space is limited if you choose to hang your clothing.

“Check-in was a breeze. Room was spacious, clean and very welcoming after a day of travel. Staff was always friendly and willing to help, even if it was not their area of expertise. Breakfast was a treat and I loved the snack and sandwiches that were available.”

• The staff was wonderful in helping with all our needs.

“Our group was made up of 3 families...we all had a wonderful stay. All parts of the hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. I couldn't believe how nice the hotel was. This was the first hotel that I have stayed in. It was nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.”

• Wonderful staff, met all requests!
• Not much to say about continental breakfast buffet. I have had better 1 star hotel breakfasts!

• Location was good.
• Noise in halls and adjacent rooms.

“OK. There was a girls dance competition nearby and rooms, halls, etc were loud from girls running around. Breakfast was bad. Little to choice from and busy.”

• Comforter tucked under mattress made it too tight & too short at the shoulders, bathroom was small.

• The staff was so gracious. Someone was there to assist in everyway.
• Disappointed in their breakfast bar; could have offered more for free!

• TV was great and room was very quiet.
• Refrigerator did not work. Breakfast was ok.

“Hotel was in a good location, close to restaurants, a very nice mall, and the interstate. The staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and had sufficient light. Wonderful TV.”

• I appreciated that there was a fridge in the room for our use.
• Although it was outside, I had to walk through a smoking area to get to my car.

“This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and larger than I expected. The hotel used an innovative approach to the small lobby space creating unique smaller areas for conversation/eating/lounging.”

• The room was clean, modern and comfortable.
• I miss vending machines, but their food was incredible.

“Cheap ice bucket, bland room, disgruntled staff. What I found was perfection. The TV was beautiful. The bed had six feather pillows on it and was incredibly soft. The air conditioning was powerful. The staff was young but very cheerful. I liked my experience so much, I joined their frequent guest program upon leaving because I will now only stay at Hyatt's.”
