• The room was pretty spotless.
• I did not like the huge bubbling patch in the ceiling or the heater control.

“This hotel was pretty nice for business traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room did not have a fridge. The heater was hard to control, you either got to be really hot or cold and there was a strange convex patch in the ceiling. other than that, it was really a nice stay. I will definitely stay there again if I am in the Columbus area. They even had fresh waffles for breakfast!”

• We arrived an hour before checkin time & they let us go right in. I appreciated this with the kids I had with me.

• It was clean, quiet, and the staff was extra helpful.
• Nothing, it was what I was expecting.

“The motel was clean, the staff was friendly and sincere. It was in a suburb of Columbus. It was down the street from a mall, with major stores, and movie theater. There was many major restaurants chains near the motel.”

• Had a lot of restaurants and stores around the motel.
• The pillows were very hard had a soar neck the next morning need better pillows.

• Absolutely nothing!
• The used syringe in the lamps bulb was absolutely disgusting.

“I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the used needle in the lamp. Even then, after I left I called to complain and a Spanish woman with no English skills would not put the manager on the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous.”

• Location in a friendly neighborhood with shopping & food nearby.
• Bathroom fan.

“Location, location, location! It was in a nice neighborhood with shopping & food nearby. It had easy access to interstate yet far enough that it was still quiet. Everything was nearby.”

• Friendliness of the desk clerks. Nice breakfast. Maid service great.

“Great for the price. Friendly staff. Nice location to many shops and restaurants. The maid service is excellent. Clean, fresh towels and soaps each morning. Clean, fresh, soft sheets. Room service and delivery service suggestions and numbers. We asked for Non smoking room and the whole 3rd floor was Non smoking! Great! We will stay here on our next trip to Columbus. Just minutes from many attractions!”

• It's a great location and perfect for overnight stay. Nothing fancy, but very clean and friendly.
• Rooms were a little cramped, but we had everything we needed.

• Friendly, responsive staff. Overall maintenance and housekeeping good.
• Outside entrances and proximity to expressway a little noisy.

“Well-run deluxe budget property conveniently located for west Columbus, with easy access to the loop and surrounding areas. Although furniture and fixtures appear dated, nothing in the room was broken or badly worn. Exceptional desk staff was outgoing and polite.”

• Nice, simple, well kept hotel. Enjoyed the stay very much.
• I wish the pool would have been bigger and deeper, but this is minor note.

• Safe area and convenient to downtown Columbus!
• Mattresses are a little hard but I am used to a pillowtop!

“I was very disappointed with my room. There were bugs in the room, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the towels were not clean. Also, one of the amenities the hotel was supposed to have was high speed internet access and it did not work.”
