Nice location.
Hotel room was filthy. Most of the staff did not speak English.

“Our hotel room was very dirty. Bathtub drain did not work and shower was entirely covered in black mold. We asked three different housekeepers for items and never received any of them. It was difficult to find anyone who spoke English.”

Large rooms- good for traveling with family, love having a suite with kitchen.
Breakfast not that great of quality.

“Overall good value for the money. Has more room than the average hotel. Staff friendly and helpful-very clean.”

We liked the location of the swimming pool and the breakfast that was provided each morning.
The room had an unpleasant perfume smell.

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hawthorne Suites. I would highly recommend any family to consider staying here. The movie theater located only minutes from the hotel was another great feature for families.”

Has a lot of room with kitchen and living area.
The elevator was having problems and very slow.

“For the most part a good value. Plenty of room with kitchen and living space if traveling with children. Could use minor updating.”
