• Not sound proof rooms.

• the cleanliness of the room, the swimming pool with the steps in the pool, the continetal breakfast, the staff.
• the steps to the 2nd floor.. my husband has a disability and the was very hard for him

“I would stay at this hotel again. We were in Upper Sandusky for a funeral and the desk clerk extended our check out time for an hour and this was very helpful...”

“People were very friendly and went go out of their way to help. They called my home to let me know that a non smoking room had become available.I do not know of another hotel that would do this”
