• Great location!!
• Not very clean!!

“Hotel has definitely gone downhill since I last stayed there 3 years ago. Not clean, 1 ice machine not working, dirty bath towels laid outside 2 doors for several days.”

“We stayed for three days; one of those days they did not have hot water. The entire stay they did not have CNN, which was important for us given the election year. Staff was
not able to be helpful regarding water or TV situation. They indicated that they would give us points for which we were not participants. Short of this they said sorry.”

• Close to concert destination.
• Bathroom was very dirty (walls, floor, etc.)

“We chose this hotel for the shuttle to the Palace of Auburn hills, only to later find out that the shuttle only had room for 6 people and ran only every half hour. We found the room to be decent until we saw the bathroom, the walls we filthy stuff running down them and even shaving cream still foaming near the toilet. We thought the stay was fine (except the bathroom), the staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. Would stay again if we were guaranteed the bathroom would be clean first!”

• Clean, friendly, good location to our friends house; good value for seniors.
• Bedspreads were worn quite a bit. Shower could be better, but OK.

“I was looking for a convenient place to sleep while visiting a good friend. We didn't have the breakfast provided, so I cannot comment on that. The overall stay was fine. The staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.”

• The location was close to the palace.
• The water in the bathtub had black stuff floating in it.

“If you need a place to stay for the palace this is a good place to stay. If you need to stay in a room for a while other than sleep. Stay somewhere else.”

• Location is good, it was quiet, and some of the staff was friendly but only to some extent.
• No tea in the breakfast, missing printer cable, little stuff like that.

“It worked out well for me but if some one needs some thing as basic as using the business centre and the printer cable is missing, at least some one should tell you instead of you learning the hard way. I am saying that because the receptionist turned the computer on for me but did not tell me that the printer is not working until I found out.”

• It was very clean.
• My room didn't have a closet w/ iron and ironing board. My cards had to be redone because they stopped working for some reason.

• It was close to the shopping areas we were visiting.
• The pool was 62 degrees.

“Nice lobby, room larger than most. Furniture was a little worn. The major beef we had was we booked it for a family get away and when we got there the pool was 62 degrees. Kids could not swim, we were not happy.”
