• Renovation will hopefully improve.
• Little undervalued for a courtyard by Marriott.

“Will be worth residing once the renovations are complete. I was not overly impressed with the hotel. Currently gives you the feeling of a hybrid between an economy and moderate hotel. Not my top choice to reside.”

• No continental breakfast-buffet breakfast very expensive.

“Nice clean updated motel. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly. Easy to get to. Less than 1/2 mile off the highway.”

• Location, accommodations and closeness to restaurants.
• Foods at hotel were priced too high.

“Basically, I found my stay at the hotel to be quite comfortable and convenient to all main attractions in the area. If it were not for the high prices at the restaurants our stay would have been completely satisfactory.”

• Clean, modern, no hassles
• Should have free or reduced breakfast.

“We loved everything about this hotel except for the fact that the breakfast bar was right in the lobby and it was $9.95 per person. We opt not to eat there but it was a big inconvenience for us to find another breakfast option.”

• The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.
• No complimentary breakfast.

“We've stayed at this hotel previously and had some problems there. (Fire alarm in the middle of the night, inconsiderate party-goers ignoring the rules.) However, this time it was wonderful and could not have been more comfortable.”

• Close to shopping malls. Well ran, clean and friendly. A nice place to stay.
• Small fitness area with below average equipment.

“Nice, clean and well ran. A convenient and safe location with easy access to several large malls. A quick drive down 75 gets you to tiger stadium in a half hour. Fitness facility was fairly poor for this nice of a hotel, no air conditioning in the fitness area - perhaps broken ?”

• Breakfast not included in price and available breakfast too pricey.

• The fast and friendly service.
• Was easy to hear the quests next door at all hours of the night.
