• Having a dirty room made it all negative for me.
• Staff did nothing to accommodate our second dirty room!

“The outside of the hotel is quite nice. The customer service representative was also quite nice. We entered in room and it was disgusting! Dust caked everywhere, we complained and got a new room. Another, room not have much dust, but enough to ruin the stay. An unclean toilet.”

• I got a refund.
• They held me a small smoking room. Said they were full and refused any further help.

“I spent 20 minutes there. Looked at the sole room they offered and requested a refund.”

• Very well kept.
• Was given smoking room instead of non-smoking, but this was corrected immediately.

“Very nice well kept hotel, the rooms were exceptionally clean, staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to the interstate with near by shopping centers. The location seemed to be in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay again at this hotel on our next trip.”

• Front desk clerk switched our room when the AC didn't work.
• Entrances/exits made it difficult to load/unload luggage conveniently.
