“We loved this hotel. We were treated royally and the staff went out of their way to assist us. The hotel was very clean and looked new. Friends who stayed at a nearby hotel said they could not believe how clean our hotel even smelled clean. Wonderful!”

“We asked for a 3 star hotel in Auburn Hills, MI. This hotel is actually in Pontiac, a neighboring industrial city. The hotel was in the shadow of an auto plant. However, it was as nice or nicer than the Hilton or Crowne Plaza in Auburn Hills. It was very clean, modern, quiet. Beds were awesomely comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Pool area was well maintained, although a bit short on towels. Two nice restaurants within walking distance and several lunchey restaurants just across the parking lot. Overall, I would stay again, as long as I wasn't looking for scenery.”

“The professionalism of staff is uneven. A few are people oriented, most are average at best when it comes to guest interaction. One woman was rude in ignoring me as I approached the front desk at approximately 2:00.The maid knocked on the door to my room at 9:00AM on check-out day asking me what time I was checking out. Why do I have to remember to put the do not disturb sign out to avoid housekeeping banging on my door. Why can't housekeeping work from a check-out list. This was not an excellent experience. Even the people who were polite complained that they were, in effect, short staffed.”

“Similar to most other Marriott's, a nice hotel that attempts at being high scale but is a nominal 3 star hotel. Very overpriced menu but many restaurants are within 5 miles. Not many other attractions are close and the indoor pool is very small. Great for business travelers.”
