• Very Comfortable. Excellent for a short or long term stay.
• Had to jiggle the handle on the toilet so it would stop running.

• The bed was more comfortable than any bed I have slept on at a hotel or motel
• I did not know I could get such a great hotel bargain at such a great price

“it was comfortable, clean, had a full hot breakfast in the morning, including eggs, sausages and potatoes, in the middle of the week and was right off the expressway. Recommend for any and all travelers. Sorry we didn't use the pool.”

• The room is spacious and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
• Having to go outside to get to the pool. Waiting for the fridge to cool down.

“Excellent location just off the I-75. Room is spacious. Would have liked the fridge to already be turned on so it was cold. The breakfast was amazing - hot and plenty of selection.”

• Excellent room; wonderful, friendly staff; superb continental breakfast.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations! In a great location, close to interstate and shopping. Room was fantastic--large, well decorated, well equipped, lovely view of courtyard. It was the staff that really impressed me. The reception desk clerk answered all our questions, and provided us with directions to anywhere. The fellow who set up the continental breakfast and evening snacks was super friendly and personally greeted many of the guests as they arrived for breakfast. Only a 10 minute drive to Great Lakes Crossing Shopping Mall.”

• Close to interstate, major stores/conveniences.
• Continental breakfast was in separate building.

“Rooms were big and clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were staying there and going to a concert at the Palace. The only complaint I have which is pretty minor & not the hotel's fault is that the hotel is far enough (8 miles) from the Palace that we had to rent a car and then deal with the traffic & parking. Nonetheless, overall, it was a good hotel and would stay there again.”

• The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and were very friendly, attentive and paid attention to the little things
• No restaurant or room service, but a nice hot complimentary breakfast.

• Very nice rooms and public spaces, good amenities, fantastic value.
• Room key card was deactivated 15 minutes after checkout time, was locked out of room.

“Residence Inn Pontiac was a very nicely appointed hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean.”

• Large room, continental breakfast, hot tub and pool.
• Two far away from local attractions.

“The hotel was very nice, good service and with extras like continental breakfast and pool/hot tub. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to The Palace of Auburn Hills, would have liked to stay closer. Good value for hotel, would be very nice for a family stay.”

• We enjoyed the space, microwave, fridge and free high-speed internet.
• The full size bed was uncomfortable.
