“This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I have to say what a difference a year makes. First year it was a nice hotel. This 2nd stay was a bad stay and I will not be back next year. Pool side room with screaming kids at 6 am waking me up every day was not my way of having a little vacation. Then when I wanted to enjoy the pool or hot tub more screaming kids with no adults watching them at all. 13 little brats splashing hot water out of the hot tub thinking it a tub in there home and yet again no parents. Nighttime, the room was worse when these little children were running around in the pool area yelling loud to hear there echo and calls to the front desk do nothing as kids continued to do it till 2am. Good luck if you stay there you won't be able to enjoy your stay, I won't be back next year.”

• Didn't really like anything about it.
• Didn't like it at all.

“This was my 2nd year staying at this hotel and I was very happy. They gave me a pool side room and open the pool up at 6 am and little kids running around yelling and waking me up. The hot tub was nice when there wasn't 8 little kids with no adults around watching them splashing around like it was a tub. Overall, I wont be returning back to the hotel and I would advise you not to.”

• Clean, well kept with very courteous and helpful staff at all levels.
• Only the directions to the facility were bad, with the m10 construction.

“I would certainly recommend this hotel to other people. The staff (at all levels) was extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful.”

• Surprisingly well-equipped fitness center!
• Rooms directly off the pool smelt like chlorine. I realize there was not much you can do about that.

“Was initially difficult to locate. Confusing street name changes, etc. The hotel itself was fantastic. The Staff was "extremely" good. Very friendly, could not do enough for me. Fitness center was bigger and better than other hotels rated higher. Breakfast was also well above expectations. Rooms themselves were very adequate. High speed internet access available.”
