“Double check the room after the housekeeper cleans it.. my room didn't have a remote for my TV. and we had a coffee maker but no pot to put coffee in.. to front desk at check out so I would not be charged. housekeeping must been rushing to get to next room, make me think what else she/he missed”

“They need to upgrade furniture, the dresser is so small it sits too low to ground like a kids dresser. Put a real closet in room and upgrade comforter set.”

“They need to keep on top of room maintenance. If things are coming apart the room cleaning staff should notify management or maintenance dept. It shouldn't be left up to the customer.”

“The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. It was actually better than I expected. It is a no frills type of hotel. No hair dryer, shampoo etc., but I have stayed at this hotel and knew what to expect and was prepared.”

“The hotel is good except for the comfort level of the bed and bedding. Since they only clean the room once a week, the tenant would have to keep the place tidy. Personally, I prefer not to have maid service daily although others may prefer it. They did not provide dish soap although you were expected to clean the dishes that you use.”

“I work in the service area, and you should be willing to help in what ever way you can. The desk clerk wasn't helpful at all. No ice in room or hotel per desk clerk. I had to buy from corner store. I requested double beds and received single and desk clerk didn't seem to care.”

“Inexpensive business traveler hotel. No thrills, small unimpressive lobby, quiet and in a decent location close to interstate, but definitely nothing special. I wish my room was cleaner. The carpet was dirty, the air had lots of dust in the air and had that old smell to it.”

“The Extended Stay America hotels are obviously geared for just that--extended stays. Bring all your own stuff--there are no amenities like hair conditioner and shampoo. The kitchen has a hodge-podge of plastic cups and mismatched plates and silverware, but I had brought a bottle of wine and no corkscrew was available in the room or at the desk. Strictly for business travelers that have to stay for a while.”

“Laundry site would have been great, but no supplies were in the vending machines and hotel staff couldn't help either with getting any. Even the soda machines needed stocked they were sold out & unmarked as so for the 2 days we were there.”
