• Excellent professional and friendly staff also responsive and accommodating.
• Absolutely nothing, it was simply an excellent and enjoyable experience.

“The friendliest staff I have come across in years of traveling both for business and pleasure. The staff most certainly responded to any need immediately, and went well above their call of duty and/or responsibility to insure we as "guests" would remember our stay as a pleasant one, that beckons us to come back again next time and stay there again. Extremely kind, responsive and extra professional staff. I would stay there again without a doubt.”

• Modern.
• Every time I tried to use the computer an employee was on it, at one point they gave me directions to Kinkos to go use theirs.

“Overall a good place to stay. I would recommend bringing a lap top since the staff is obviously not busy enough they are constantly on the computer provided for guest.”

• The breakfast each morning was a plus. The cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff were unexpected.
• I can't think of anything.

“This hotel should not have to be considered upscale to be rated 3 stars or better. If it had an onsite restaurant, I would have given it 3.5 stars. It just didn't need a restaurant because there are so many nearby.”

• I cannot find anything that I did not like about this hotel.

• Did not serve any breakfast meat during breakfast.

“We really enjoyed this hotel. The room layout was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The whole facility being non-smoking was definitely a plus!”

• The room was very nice. Having the water shut down for 4-6 hours on the day of our stay was problematic (we stayed away during that time).
