• Friendly staff had a mini kitchen.
• The kitchen did not have many items to utilize but hey for the price I am not complaining.

• Nothing - it was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in.
• Dirty, smelled like mold, poor customer service.

• The location.
• Staff did not attempt to accommodate people with special needs. Charging them more money that they don't have. I feel the hotel should have accommodated.

“I arrived at this hotel with two men with special needs. We asked for a room with double occupancy. When we arrived they put the guys in a room with one bed claiming that it was double occupancy. When I asked why did it only have one cup and one glass there was no response. I believe this was a tactic to get you to upgrade to double occupancy causing you to spend more money. Very unsavory method.”

• This hotel is in an amazing location near theatres and restaurants.

“This hotel was great very comfortable and convenient. It was close to the movie theater as well as many stores and eateries. This location is not too far from Detroit so it is in a very good location. I really enjoyed it.”

• Cleanliness factor of kitchen could be better.

• They double charged me.

“I was really unhappy with this hotel. The room was not ready when I checked in, and while every other hotel of this type includes free coffee packs (to go with the in room coffee maker), this one charged for it. I checked out well before the listed check out time, and came home to find that they charged me for an extra night. I was in a different hotel that night, but was charged for that one as well. The location was also difficult to move in and out of, without any restaurants close by.”

• The convenience of in room kitchen.
• The housekeeping staff has no consideration for the guest privacy.

“I was pleased with the hotel, until I was disturbed out of my sleep by the housekeeping staff coming into my room 2 hours prior to check out time saying they were changing the mattress in the hotel and needed to get in. I am currently complaining to extended stay hotel.”

• Clean great price big room.
• No free high speed access did not have shampoo in room.

“This hotel was very nice for the money. We got in the room and were like, wow. The bed was big and crisp sheets, huge bathroom, a kitchenette with full size fridge stove and microwave and coffee maker. There were even dishes and utensils in the cu bards. Any way we were very satisfied with this hotel. Only things missing were a pool and free high speed access. Definitely recommend for a cheaper room.”

• Staff is friendly.
• Smelly room and halls.

“The appearance from the outside looked great. As I entered the hotel the lobby was clean, after checking in, I proceeded to my room, this is where I noticed the smells in the hallways it was worse in the room. Again the staff was friendly, offering a bottle of air freshener. WOW. Overall this room was very dirty, this dishes were very used and not clean, the appearance looked like a hourly motel. This hotel is over rated and I would not recommend.”

• Great staff, very friendly.
• Hotel had that old smell throughout, very dirty.

“Very friendly staff. The exterior clean and landscaped. As I entered passed the check in desk I thought I was at an hourly sleazy hotel. It went downhill from there. This hotel should not have had any star ratings due to being very dirty and smelly. This hotel will be super if a face lift were performed.”
