• Loved the large rooms that allowed me to stretch out at the end of the day.
• The hotel does not offer daily maid service.

“Overall an excellent stay at this hotel. Large, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. In a nice area very close to high quality restaurants and shopping.”

• Location was great, near many restaurants.
• Could be a tad cleaner in the rooms, little things had been missed.

“Overall good hotel for the price. We did notice the rooms were not consistent with what they should have in them. Ours had no forks.”

• Clean, apartment - like.
• No pool.

“I thought the hotel cleanliness and room quality were far above my expectations. This place provides a "home-away-from-home" feel to people traveling on business. I would seek out this franchise on future travels.”

• The size of the room.
• No breakfast on weekends.

“Our room was very spacious - I liked that we could set up our son's pack 'n play on the other side of the room, so he couldn't see us when he woke up. Plenty of room and a very clean facility! The person working at the desk wasn't very helpful, though.”

• The curtains did not close well needed to pin them shut.

• Location, kitchen.
• Compared to all other Extended Stay Deluxe that I stay in the same star quality room was very small.

“Room was very small in comparison to others ES Deluxe, staff never at desk - maintenance man always in lounge watching TV, open sink area for bathroom (right next to bed!).”

• We had plenty of space. Quite fridge, windows nice, DVD player.
• Sheets did not fit the bed, so it was uncomfortable, extra lock on door didn't work, iron was dirty/sticky.

“Needs a little attention to be called deluxe. And, to be fair, we didn't tell them about our troubles with the sheets, or dirty iron, or door lock. We were busy. The room was large and comfortable. Having a DVD player was nice. The fridge was quieter than most. Pans were clean.”

“Excellent value. Clean, functional rooms, with all one would need for a longer stay. Bathrooms well designed, with door separating sink from toilet/shower area. Front desk staff very helpful. Quiet location yet close to shopping and interstate.”

• It was inexpensive.
• This hotel was filthy!

“I have worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years and have never stayed in a hotel that is so filthy. The shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in weeks, there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor and the room smelled like it had been disinfected with some type of strong chemical. Upon check-in we were told that bagels and coffee were available for breakfast. The bagels were only available on one day of our three night stay and there was no cream cheese, only expired Jelly (I didn't even know that jelly could go bad!) this jelly was like plastic, it wouldn't even come out of the container! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Nice staff, awesome rooms. Reminds me of a studio apartment.
• No breakfast on weekends, not the greatest pillows.

“I've never stayed at an hotel like this before. Instead of paying for daily cleaning service we got a huge room with a kitchenette and small living area, great bathroom. My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillow.”

• Not many TV channels.

“This is the hotel I have been looking for! Very friendly staff, big clean rooms, and it look like a newer hotel. I've worked out of town weekly for about 3 years now and this is the best hotel I never leave room service a tip but I gave them one this time. I will use the weight room a lot.”

• Convenient location to our planned activities; liked having the kitchen available.
• Bed was horrible - thin, uncomfortable, sheets would not stay on, and mattress pad would not lie flat. My husband kind of wanted to go home a day early.

“Clean and modern rooms with plenty of space to spread out. Staff was friendly and efficient. Complete kitchen was nice to have. Bed was not good at all - thin uncomfortable mattress with cheap sheets that did not fit. We did not sleep too well, because the sheets kept coming off. I expect a hotel bed to be as good as or better than mine at home! TV reception was also not as good as it should have been. All in all, this hotel was worth the price we paid - but Id spend more to get a better bed!”

• Good location, close to grocery store, highway, best buy, Costco. And clean!
• Kitchen utensil is not fully equipped missing fry pan.

• Comfortable room with modern kitchen facilities.
• Towels could be softer; more amenities than just soap would be nice.

“Large room that was bright, clean and modern. I enjoyed having the kitchen facilities. Did not really use the couch or recliner - but it was nice to have a homey feel. Staff was friendly and professional - I would stay here again, especially for the great price I got on!”
