• Cheap, clean, convenient.
• No frills, but at 2 stars, I didn't expect any.

“This hotel is a no-frills, located-by-the-highway hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Each room has a kitchenette, so you can save money by cooking if you want. No other extras. No hairdryer. No free shampoo. Nothing fancy. Friendly staff. If you want to feel pampered, though, forget it. This is basic, basic .”

• It was close to allot of restaurants and services. Liked the kitchenette.
• The staff was subpart and the bed was hard.

“This hotel is geared toward extended stay travelers, but I would not want to stay longer than the 2 days we were there. The bed was hard as a rock, and the staff was below expectations. Our original room key didn't work, and when my husband went downstairs to the front desk, the staff was rude to him and told him to try it again. We tried it, and I went downstairs, and the attitude improved, but then the room she wanted to give us had a huge stain on the floor. She upgraded us to a king, but by then the damage was done. Having access to a kitchenette was a bonus, though. And the hotel is in a nice suburban area close to the family we were visiting.”

• Walking distance to restaurants.
• Night hotel staff was unprofessional. In order to get fresh towels or linens we had to take them to the counter. No maid service.

“Overall it was ok. I would only stay there again if I was forced to with no other options.”

• Chair recliner was dirty and some of the furniture needs to be updated.

“Overall I enjoyed my stay. It was convenient. It would be nice if they had amenities (i.e. pool, game room or restaurant).”

• I enjoyed my stay.
• The maintenance was not fixed so there of are I did them.

“I believe this stay wasn't the best I had to fix the chair that was broke and the bathroom sink facing board was hanging, but the front desk gal was very nice and I Informed her that I fixed the chair. Since I do maintenance for rentals. But the employees that I met were very nice and knowledgeable.”

• The desk staff was helpful one they showed up at the counter.
• The first 2 rooms I was put in were occupied and or not cleaned.

“Their custodial staff needs a quick training class on how to clean a room and also why you shouldn't mark a room as clean when it obviously isn't. Pretty disgusting to walk into a room and find dishes in the sink, the TV on and clothes hanging up in the room. The 2nd try also had dirty dishes, and the mattress was turned over and the bed was unmade, the third one was fine, clean, and Spartan. No extra amenities just a room with towels and bar soap.”

• The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant.
• They tried to move my reservation to a different property.

“The front desk staff was extra helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to make my stay a good one. The room was fresh and clean and the kitchenette was an extra nice feature. They even had an onsite laundry.”

“When we checked in we requested a king bed, the lady said the hotel was filled and we had no choice. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot, I think she did not want to clean a room. Also, she said it would be more $.”
