• No wireless; it's 2008, get with it.

• I liked the hotel cleanness and the staff's professionalism.
• The hotel did not have an elevator.

“The hotel room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Novi and the surrounding areas.”

• Warm cookies were given to us when we arrived. Nice touch.
• The location seems odd.

“It looks like it was a renovated hotel. It was nicely done for the most part. The side doors were old, painted, did not work as smooth as they should, and did not match the quality of the rest of the building. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, very nice. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would definitely stay again.”

• Noisy while trying to sleep.

“I've stayed here before and liked everything about this place that still applies. However, on this visit, from midnight on people were walking the halls, talking loudly, etc. making it impossible to sleep. The hotel needs to step up their security and curtail this sort of thing. All in all, I would stay there again.”

• The drain in the shower was slow to drain.

“I would recommend and will return. This was a comfortable hotel to stay in. The staff was nice, the room was clean, and it is in a good location to restaurants and shopping.”

• Noisy AC, and they tried to put me in a smoking room.

“I was assigned a smoking room after I had called ahead and been assured a non-smoking room. Second room assigned was non-smoking but still a bit Smokey smelling. Air Conditioner woke me up at 3 AM with noise like a jet plane.”

• A bit hard to find the street--sign too small. Also, not great cribs.

“Nice hotel, good value. Wish the cribs were nicer/safer, we had to run and buy a travel crib to accommodate our infant.”

• The beds and bedding were soft and wonderful.
• We could here the TV next door, when it was turned up loudly.

“Easy to find, very clean, comfortable and luxurious down bedding and soft sheets. Room was very spacious.”

• Bedding was wonderful. Husband loved the down!
• We weren't really there much.

“We have heard some good things from friends about the places that they stayed. Our hotel turned out to be perfect for me and my husband. We received warm cookies at check in, room was very nice and worked out great. I am sure we would go to this hotel again if in the area.”

• Easy access to major roads.
• Air conditioner was noisy in one of the two rooms in our party.

“Hotel is clean and well kept. The facility is only two stories high so they do not have elevators. My wife and I along with my elderly parents were given rooms on the second floor even though the hotel appeared less than 25% full. Caring suitcases to the second floor would have been very difficult for my parents if they had been alone. Overall, the experience was very nice.”
