• Room air conditioner was adequate.
• Room was not made up till 4 pm.

“Check in was fine. Second day we exited the room at 8:30 in the morning, came back at 2 our room was not made up. Front desk staff was unaccommodating. Room was not ready till after 4 pm, were told new guests took priority. Very loud at night, lack of hot water Sunday morning. Overall very disappointing.”

• Clean and easy access.
• Too expensive for the weekend.

“We paid a lot more for this room as it was a Michigan football weekend as well as parent's weekend. While it was easy access it was still 30 minutes from campus. We usually stay on state street. At 2.5* with continental breakfast, this was no breakfast. Nonetheless, clean and easy and all we could access closely for the weekend.”

• Comfortable, big rooms, coziness.
• The kids were drawing in lobby, left their drawings, someone told them they should clean their mess up, the boys were saving the drawings to take home.

“We met a lot of people, going to the compuware arena, which was where we went. Everyone was helpful”
