• Location.
• Room was dirty, staff was rude.

“Do not stay here! The room was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. There were cigarette burns on the bed sheets, on the toilet seat and in the shower. The floor had stains and mold was growing in the bathroom. I wore my flip flops to take a shower and walk around the room. The batteries in the fire alarm were low and it beeped all night. I would sleep in my car before I ever stayed in this hotel again. Staff was rude and could not speak English.”

• I liked the king size bed. It was comfortable.
• The water pressure wasn't the best.

“This hotel was very comfortable and reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very friendly.”

• It was close to the outlet mall and less expensive than others.
• Bathroom tile broken & hurt our feet, freezer broken, fridge made noises all the time.

“Broken tile could have cut us. I had to put a towel down for protection. Freezer broken, fridge noisy. Friendly staff, convenient location.”
