  • The room was very clean.
  • The outside entrance to the room. It feels less safe than hotels with inside entrances to rooms.

“This was a great place to stay for the value. Staff was friendly and the place was well kept.”

  • Very close to national park. Close to main street without the crowds.
  • Coke machine on 3rd floor was not working.

“Good location in town, easy access to everything.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • Room was large and comfortable, extra sink/vanity area outside of bathroom.
  • The only issue was the air conditioning. It never got as cold as my husband likes, but it was still comfortable.

“Great room size. The extra sink/vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient. The location is excellent. Overall this was a fantastic.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[10]

  • Very clean room, friendly atmosphere, a convenient location.
  • The room style was very dated! New furnishings and paint would be great!

“In general this hotel was a nice place to stay. We were not in our rooms very much, so it was sufficient. The hotel itself was very dated, although the location was great! The staff was very friendly and curious, and the price was not bad.”

  • Had fireplace and microwave, nice big bed.
  • No plastic silverware or continental breakfast.

“Very nice, some of the hotel needs to be remodeled but very nice.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[7]

  • One bedroom, separate from living room with two bathrooms.
  • No ice machine in our floor.

“Variety of styles of rooms to choose from. They have the regular rooms with 2 beds. We had a really nice suite on one level. Our friends had a really cute two level one bedroom. This hotel also has a large two bedroom, two bath with a full kitchen & living room that our family stayed in a few years ago. The suites also had beautiful gas fireplaces.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • I liked the location, and the six of the room. I also liked that there was a separate sink and vanity outside of the bathroom.
  • The pool location was in the middle of the front parking lot. pavement was hot. not private from the street.

“The location was great. we could walk to all the downtown attractions in Gatlinburg's the rooms were very large, and I especially liked that there was a separate vanity and sink outside the bathroom. there was plenty of room for hanging clothes and the placement of our suitcases, so that we were not tripping over them in the floor. the only feature that was disappointing was the location of the swimming pool. it was in the front parking lot, too close to the street.”

  • It was convenient to walking into town.
  • Other hotels with better amenities were cheaper.

“Hotel was not fantastic but good enough to just sleep and take showers. Although the easy access to stores was nice because we didn't have to drive everywhere we wanted to go.”
