• It was very convenient and clean.
• Having to walk across the parking lot to the pool.

“This hotel is perfect for Downtown shopping and dining in Gatlinburg. The staff was great, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean and pleasing. We really enjoyed our stay.”

• Clean, friendly, convenient, and enjoyable.
• The complimentary breakfast was not very good.

“Overall the hotel was great. We had a suite, which was very nice. It gave us plenty of room with a great view. The room even had a fireplace and Jacuzzi in it, which we did not expect. I would recommend this hotel.”

• Location.
• Charged my credit card after I told them I pay cash.

“Hotel was very clean. They charged my credit card after I told them that I was paying cash. Then I was told that I would have to wait 7 business days for a refund. Our room was clean but the view was ground level of the parking lot. We went to see mountains and all we got were cars.”
