• Beautiful hotel and location.
• Way too noisy hotel.

“This hotel was everything we could ever ask for and the price was very cheap, but there was a wedding and OMG between 1:00 and 3:30 in the morning our neighbors held an afer-party in their room. It was very loud and several people complained.”

• Free computer use with internet in the lobby.
• Swimming pool water and room cold.

“The hotel was gorgeous. Spacious lobby with computers. The bar and restaurant looked good also. The pool was small and the water cold. No hot tub. Although the hotel seemed to be geared toward business travels my family with 2 small boys had a great time.”

• Out of date elevator certification.

“Room was nice, however all of the Elevators are out dated and not certified. I give the concern they give to the safety of the quests that stay there a zero.”

• Friendly staff, beautiful facility, probably the best Toledo has to offer.
• No clear parking area if you did not want to use the valet parking.

• The view, friendly staff in resteraunt/bar and how quick the valets are.
• No business center

“Great view, close to Tony Packos, great bar staff. Beds are comfortable and the amenities in the rooms are great (shampoo, lotion, etc.). Wish I could have had 2 nights there and wish they had a business center for those who don't carry laptops for us to do on line check in for the airlines.”

• The view of the river and park from my room was great!
• No free parking, no free breakfast.

“This hotel was beautiful, very comfortable and in a lovely location in downtown Toledo. Highly recommend.”

• The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
• Use of the hotel elevator was confusing and frustrating.

“Overall, this hotel was very nice. The room was clean and not overly cluttered with furniture. The bathroom was fully stocked and the shower had a massage head (which I personally enjoyed). The service staff was friendly and efficient.”

• The decor.
• The cleanliness was not at a high level, some areas were poor such as an old rusted ice machine.

• Nice new clean room.
• Parking downtown was ok - we had options but a lot for the hotel without a 16 dollar valet would be nice.

“I was very happy with it. It was great and right downtown was very nice & next to the river was nice too. The renovation is done and our experience was sweet! And for the parking we had options - we found a spot on the street at a meter for free for our sat night stay just a block from the hotel - it was well lit and we felt pretty safe parking there.”

• Convenient to downtown Toledo and Seagate convention center.
• Could use some updating details and their own parking garage.

“It was a very nice hotel overall. Hotel and rooms were clean. Lobby was nicely dressed for Christmas. They offer valet parking, or you can simply park across the street in a garage for $6 and use the connecting tunnel. Hotel lounge was kind of small, but offer a larger restaurant seating area. Not a bad park of Toledo, about two blocks away from convention center and lots of dining options. Staff was courteous and helpful. They also offered a free shuttle to the convention center if you're not up to walking; either beats fighting convention center traffic jam.”

• Room is a bit dated. But worth the trip.
