• Very clean, 2 nice outside pools, 1 inside pool, very convenient to attractions, friendly staff.
• My only complaint is the comfort of the bed. It was not a tempurpedic which I have at home.

“My husband and I spent 5 days, four nights at the Best Western Plaza Inn. The staff greeted us very pleasantly when we arrived. Answered all our questions about local attractions. Provided us with local maps. We were even able to purchase tickets for some local attractions. The room was very clean and attractive. Not dated. The hotel was very convenient to local attractions, shops and restaurants. Would very likely return and recommend to family and friends. By the way, this was in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.”

• This hotel is in the perfect location for all the attractions that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
• There was dirt on the floor which concerned us since we have a young child of 11 months.

• Continental breakfast could be better.

“This hotel was very clean and well kept. It was very affordable and at a great location, convenient to dolly wood. It is perfect for families.”

• Swimming pool and kitchenette
• The towels were cheap, hair dryer did not work, towel bar fell off the wall. My daughter's room was not held another night as promised.

“The room was good except for the above problems. The breakfast was great but not enough room when most people showed up. The pool was nice. I would stay again.”

“Best Western Plaza Inn is a good family friendly hotel with three good pools for the kids. The free breakfast has a variety of foods to choose from. Landscaping around the rear of the hotel is well done and maintained.”

• Nice pool areas.
• Breakfast not good, rooms old and moldy, need renovating.

“Staff nice and helpful, has 2 pools with hot tubs, they were nice. Breakfast food not too good and the rooms are old, halfway clean, but they need and upgrade. Overall not too bad for the money.”

• Absolutely nothing. We enjoyed our stay.
