• Location, cleanliness.
• The bed sheets were not fitted and would not stay tucked in. I don't want to sleep on a bare mattress.

• It was quite, the room was convenient to the parking lot. The sink area was separate from the shower/toilet.
• There was a crumb on my bed when I checked in.

• I liked how they had a "family room" set up down by the hotel lobby.
• Thought the prices for breakfast were crazy!

“The room we stayed in was quite spacious. Even though it is right by the highway I did not hear the noise usually associated with a highway. Definitely would stay there again.”

• The room was VERY clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in.
• I'd like to see better quality cable with more channels or switch to sat.

• Staff was outstanding and very friendly. The bed gave me one of the best sleeps I've have in weeks.
• A great king size bed. But the sofa sleeper was awkward and spacing of room resulted the same.

“The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bed gave me the best sleep I've have in a while. Being a very cold winter night, I found the heater provided just the right temperature and comfortable enough for me to sleep on top of the bed without use of covers. Only the awkward site of hotel was a negative.”

• Overall it was a good hotel & customers will enjoy the water park.
• The location is not bad but they need some brochures that show good restaurants & other good places around with directions to these places etc.

“Nice hotel, located near by Toledo that has a good pool and hot tub. Just make sure you know what attractions or places are close to the hotel and you know how to get there.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Our non-smoking room had been smoked in recently.

“Hotel was what was expected. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel is now 100% non-smoking but our room was recently a smoking room. We noticed a faint smell of smoke and the curtains were brown and had a cigarette burn. Other wise fine. Would recommend but request a room that has always been non-smoking if you are sensitive like me. (The odor was not strong enough for me to ask to be moved.).”

• No free breakfast, climate hard to control, too hot or too cold.

“The Courtyard Marriott was a good hotel for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Easy to access internet from lobby computer.”
