• Starting to show wear. Needs an upgrade.

“Great brand. However, this property is starting to show signs of wear. Toledo is economically depressed. This hotel needs more visitors to pay for modernization. Overall, a great value for what I paid.”

• Clean and comfortable.
• Noise from I-75 traffic.

“Everything met my expectations. Hotel was located immediately adjacent to I-75 so there was constant noise from traffic, but ear plugs were available upon request.”

• Front desk staff great, knowledgeable, available.
• Nothing.

“Typical Marriott Courtyard - well designed, clean, friendly, convenient. I've stayed 800 nights or more in Courtyards, and these are the reasons. They're great hotels. It irks me that they charge a high price for their restaurant breakfasts. They're excellent breakfasts, but they need a less expensive alternate.”

  I didn't complain about that.

• Clean, modern.

“At check-in, the staff could have been a little more sympathetic when I was asking questions. Hallways were clean of dirt and litter; room was clean to meet expectations, kind of small. Sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on. No property map in room to know where pool was. Staff at check-out was much friendlier. Great value and would stay there again.”

“I had the worst experience in my life. The manual heater made noise all night. My daughter and I couldn't sleep at all. It become really hot in the room. I turned it off and it became really cold. It was December! The restroom had soap that was used prior. I certainly don't recommend this hotel. I talked to the receptionist but she didn't do anything.”

• New, clean, and everything was in good working order.
• The room that they gave us was on the first floor next to the rear exit. This made the room somewhat noisy with people entering and departing.

“New, clean facility. Other accommodations being built in the same location. Great access to the interstate system and many good local restaurants are within 2 miles.”

• Their business center did not allow for me to interact with my clients via email. The hotel staff let me use theirs. Thanks so much!
• I chose this hotel for the business center. Very disappointing.

“I really liked the hotel. As a business traveler I need a sound business center. The computer would not allow me to check my email accounts for client interaction. This was disappointing. It limited what I could do while away. However, the hotel staff, graciously let me use theirs and I was able to tend to some critical issues with clients. I also thought the restaurant offered room service all day. Another reason I chose this hotel. It was only breakfast.”

“My sister (a nurse) and I (a teacher) stayed one night at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable (I was 6 months pregnant at the time), and not tacky.”

• The fitness center was open 24 hours and coffee and tea seemed always to be available in the hotel lobby. Hair dryer and iron and board in closet.
• A little inconvenient getting into and out of. Especially as they had some construction going on. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

• We were really hoping for a complimentary breakfast.
