  • Clean, good location.
  • Breakfast was very poor, small breakfast area.

“This was a well maintained hotel, clean and comfortable room.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[8] • Location:[7]

  • Clean & equipped room.
  • Lack of communication/workers on-site tying up elevator.

“The room was very clean and equipped with necessities for daily grooming. Free breakfast was good, if you could locate it! Hotel was good overall, except for the painters who were tying up elevators.”

  • The kitchenette was nice to have.
  • We did not get the 2 queens we called to confirm (and were charged extra for!). Supposedly we got free internet, although I think it was free anyway.

“The extended stay concept is good, but the staffing is problematic. When we had a clogged toilet, they had us come to the desk for a plunger (?). We called to upgrade to two queens, and they did not have two queens for us. Supposedly the additional charge got us free internet, but I think the internet was free anyway. The desk was extremely slow on check in, and there were several problems ahead of us.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[5] • Location:[8]

  • Great location with a view of the parking lot.
  • Refrigerator did not work and there was painting going on.

“A pretty low grade hotel with some upscale features that did not function properly. Besides a non operational refrigerator and few functional lights it was a nice 2 star "place to stay". Maybe it was my fault for arriving too late (12 AM) because they had cancel led my reservations and charged my card for one night. Luckily there were some vacancies so it worked out. There was also a lot noise from the "painters" and I didn't know maintenance was taking place or I probably would not have booked it. Good, safe place to stay though.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[2] • Location:[3]

  • Nothing.
  • Everything, filthy, drug users on porch loud music.

“I was very disappointed, man smoking Marajuana on porch, music playing loud. Towels were so rough, it left abrasions on daughter, and beds were not comfortable. Will not stay there again.”

“Overall the stay was good.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[7]

  • The location.
  • It was dirty, it smelled bad, and the sheets looked as if they had not been washed.

“This was definitely somewhere I will never stay again. The room was dirty and smelled like wet carpet. The sheets had hair on them as if they had not been washed. I was not happy with my stay at all.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[9]

  • Close to everything I wanted to do in the area.
  • Breakfast seemed a bit skimpy, compared to similar hotels.

“Good for a brief stopover, though the breakfast could have had more choices. Very tight quarters in the bathroom.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
  • The bathroom was very small.

“The hotel was certainly a great steal for the money we paid. The location was convenient and the complimentary breakfast was a surprise for the room rate. I would definitely stay there again without reservation.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • Staff was very friendly and attentive to every request.
  • No complaints; priced right.

“For mid priced options they did a great job. Not resort quality but they don't pretend to be.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[10] • Location:[2]

  • The front office staff was very friendly and helpful.
  • The mattress on the bed was horrible and the room was not as clean as one would expect.

“This hotel was ok for a star 1 place, but with all the nice places located in the area, would not choose to stay there again.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Price was adequate.
  • Not nearly as nice as it appeared online.

“Although the hotel was clean, it wasn't as nice as some that I have stayed in within the same star rating. The continental breakfast wasn't nearly as good as what I have experienced elsewhere.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[7]

  • Friendly.
  • Too far from Gatlinburg or National Forest.

“I loved it here. The location was close to the outlets and pigeon forge. The only drawback was the traveling distance to the national forest which is where we like to spend a great deal of time. We probably will reserve a room here next time! The hotel staff, all of them were wonderful and went out of their way to say hi!”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The cleanliness and treatment by the staff were beyond my expectations.
  • The beds were not the most comfortable, but other qualities made up for it.

“This hotel was super clean and smelled really good. I was surprised that there was a coffee pot and fridge in every room. The only complaint I had (if any) is that this hotel is a little older and could do with an update in the near future. The staff was also really nice and helpful.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The staff was very friendly, and the woman at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
  • The coffee cups that they use in the rooms makes the coffee taste terrible, couldn't drink it, please use the white thicker cups.

“They only complaint I have was the coffee cups, the thicker plain white cups don't leave a bad taste. Otherwise everything was fine.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[1] • Location:[3]

  • Nothing.
  • Just about everything.

“Avoid this place. It is an old motel that is falling apart and way overdue for a complete renovation. It sits so close to the main parkway that you get noise and exhaust fumes all day and all night. The parking lot is way too small for cars, but even worse, the motel caters to large tour bus groups, making it impossible to find a parking spot. The staff is very rude, and it appears they hate their jobs. Heavy mold and mildew in the bathroom, and the commode was filthy and stained. We could not get a table to eat breakfast, because large tour bus groups were using the breakfast room as a lounge and meeting room. Do not waste your money here. ”
