• Location.
• Carpet dirty, curtains broken, not enough linens or toiletries.

“Although location was great; within 2 miles of all activities, hotel was less than expected. Room has an odor, carpet was dirty, curtains were broken and hanging down. There was not enough linens, soap, shampoo, etc. Refrigerator would not keep things cold.”

• Remodeling ongoing, rooms & exterior where ot finished.

• Location, continental breakfast.
• Owners very loud late at night midnight till 1:30 a.m. they were staying 3 rooms down from us laughing small kids running.

“Good room. Cable was torn up. The manager or owner was staying 3 rooms down from us and Sunday night and Monday night at around midnight there would be laughing and talking non English small kids running down the walk and yelling until around 1 to 1:30 a.m. we have stayed there before and enjoyed the place but if this happens again will not return the young girl working the desk on Tuesday told us it was the owners when we ask.”

• The coffee was good.
• The hotel was in deep decline: very dated, the rooms smelled, indoor/outdoor carpet had just been stripped, and a kiddy ride arose above roof line.

“This was the worst hotel that we had every stayed in for the price. This was aggravated even more so by the fact that there were far better/nicer hotels all around us those were either cheaper, equal, or a fraction higher than what we paid. Days Inn's reputation is highly damaged by this hotel. Fortunately for our family, we had only booked three nights and had reserved other accommodations for the rest of our stay.”

• Good location.
• Bath fan broken, carpet wet, and wallpaper peeling. Alarm clock didn't work.

“Stay somewhere else. If you must stay here, book hotel directly.”

• Friendly staff.
• Dirty, and horrible breakfast.

“The staff was friendly. The mattresses were nauseating with blood and other stains on them, the sheets too small and not secured with rubber bands, so they would shift during the night and you find yourself lying on those spots! The breakfast was horrible, too. Stuff was old and tasteless, no variety of anything, coffee tasted like pee, breakfast room far too small for size of hotel, disgusting.”
