• No comment.
• Not kid friendly, doesn't know how to be courteous, not a very nice place to take your family.

“There were broken air conditioners outside in front of the building, not very good curve appeal. There were full size beds. There were broken towel racks and the air conditioner didn't work in our room. The place was pretty tore up. Not much good things to say.”

• Vending machines was convenient.
• Dead bugs, live bugs, king size bedroom was so tiny, staff was not friendly.

“The hotel was inexpensive. The room had a king size bed and the room itself was so small we had to walk sideways around the bed. The TV was up high like in a hospital room and was hard to see from lying in bed. The room wasn't cleaned everyday, only cleaned once in the 3 nights we stayed. Their were bugs everywhere (live and dead).”

• They had a nice pool.
• Microwave and coffee pot was not in room.

“The room was ok but it was supposed to have a microwave and coffee pot was not in the room. The staff was friendly enough but it probably be a better stay for business travelers instead of people wanting to be close to the sights and events in the area.”

• Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Well worth the money.
• Desk staff not very friendly.

“The motel was located just a short way from the attractions, with several restaurants close by. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The only complaints I had; the entrance was a little hard to see and needed to be marked and the desk staff was not very friendly. Almost as if they did not want to be there. Otherwise, I would happily stay again.”

• Convenient with store close by and attractions, that is all.
• The amenities I thought I was going to receive with my room. I didn't get. Had to request it and it was shown on brochure, air conditions not good.

“This hotel is a joke. Its nice if you only need a bed. I would not stay at this motel again unless there absolutely no other place to stay. When I called the motel on the day I was supposed to arrive the young man who answered the phone was extremely rude to me because it was his birthday and he didn't want to be there. I would not recommend this motel to any of my family or friends, thank you.”

• The room was big enough for 4 to 6 people to hang out there comfortably.
• Our room was not cleaned and we had to ask for towels at the desk.

“In terms of mileage, the hotel was fairly convenient to everything we wanted to do in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. However, given the traffic in the area, I would probably pay a bit more to stay closer to the attractions next time. Also, our room wasn't really ready for guests when we checked in. We had to plug in the air conditioner ourselves, the phone didn't work, the toilet malfunctioned, our room was never cleaned, and there was no alarm clock or hairdryer provided.”
